Many hidden cameras and microphones will make a small electromagnetic field as they transmit data. Make a call on your cellphone and walk around the room while you talk. If you hear any crackling, clicking, or buzzing on the phone, it might be a sign that you're entering the field of a surveillance device.

On the lefthand menu, click 'Activity controls'. Scroll down to the 'Voice & Audio activity' section and click that. There you'll find a chronological list of all the voice and audio recordings which will include any recorded without you knowing.

Microphone Access. If you see a yellow dot above the cellular signal icon while you're actively using an app on your iPhone, it means that the app is currently using the device's microphone. Strange Noise During Calls

Today, electronic evidence in the form of call recordings is used extensively in civil and criminal matters, but what's more important is its admissibility factor. Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 provides for the admissibility of electronic records.
Single party consent means that it is not illegal to record a telephone conversation if one of the parties to the call or conversation consent to the recording. Only single party consent is required for recording conversations whether on a phone or in person.
With iOS 14 or later, an orange dot, an orange square, or a green dot indicates when the microphone or camera is being used by an app. is being used by an app on your iPhone. This indicator appears as an orange square if the Differentiate Without Color setting is on.
