Facelift recovery time

You can resume your regular workouts six weeks after the facelift surgery if your surgeon approves. You can begin with walking within the first-week post of the facelift. You can start stretching, cycling, and doing yoga after the first three weeks.
Brush teeth gently with a soft toothbrush only. Avoid manipulation of upper lip and cheeks. You may have difficulty opening your mouth wide or turning your head. As healing takes place and swelling subsides this will improve.
