The youngest Jedi to ever be appointed the rank of Master is Mace Windu. Mace Windu was granted the rank of Master and offered a seat on the council at the age of 28.

There was no fixed age when this happened. Padawans could even be adults, but for a Human, it usually occurred in the Padawan's early to mid-twenties. One such Jedi Padawan who successfully passed their trials was Selusda Kraren, shortly before Operation: Knightfall.
It stars Jedi Knight Vernestra Rwoh, a Mirialan Jedi Knight who successfully completed the Jedi Trials at age 15. This accomplishment is all the more impressive given it's unlikely Vernestra was chosen as a Padawan until she was nearing her teenage years - meaning she needed remarkably little training.
Darth Shain, headmaster of the Korriban Temple, took notice and convened with the Dark Councilor and Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Shane McMahon, who decided to confer the title of Sith Lord to the young apprentice at the age of 11, making him the youngest Sith Lord in the history of the Sith.
Yoda held the title of Grand Master of the Jedi Order since the days of the High Republic Era. At some point, Yoda took on a human named Kantam Sy as his Padawan. The two were stationed at the Jedi Temple on the planet Endovar.
Yoda was a wise, experienced, and powerful Grand Master of the Jedi of an unknown species and the oldest known prophet in existence (having lived at least 900 years), considered the wisest and most powerful Jedi Master within the Star Wars universe.

A Sith apprentice was a Force-sensitive individual trained by a Sith Master to use the dark side of the Force. The age at which a Sith apprentice began their training varied.
Yoda (900 years old)
If you're a Star Wars, fan then it's no surprise to you that Yoda is on this list. Yoda's incredible age is explicitly stated in Return of the Jedi.
There are generally three types of Jedi classifications; Jedi Consular, Jedi Guardian, and Jedi Sentinel. A Jedi Consular (also called a Jedi Seer) is, like all Jedi, skilled in battle, but rarely enters combat, preferring to study the mysteries of the Force.
A Padawan was typically a young adult at the time of their trial, although some prodigies like Vernestra Rwoh of the High Republic were as young as 15 years old. Some trials were completed through experience in the field; Obi-Wan Kenobi attained the rank of Jedi Knight in this manner.
Ahsoka Tano was discovered by Plo Koon at the age of three and accepted into the Jedi Order. When she was 14, Jedi Master Yoda granted Ahsoka the rank of Padawan and apprenticed her to Anakin Skywalker, a powerful if reckless Jedi Knight.
The Clone Wars (2008)
Ahsoka Tano was introduced in the 2008 Clone Wars animated film (serving as a pilot for the television series of the same name) as a 14-year-old Padawan apprentice, assigned by Yoda to Anakin Skywalker to teach him responsibility. Anakin is initially frustrated by this decision.
When Obi-Wan tells Yoda that Luke is their “last hope,” Yoda says, “No. There is another.” While the events of Return of the Jedi suggest this “other” person was Leia, it's also possible Yoda was referring to Rey.
During one of these missions she would break the Jedi Code's rule of attachment by falling in love with Darman, RC-1136, a clone commando in Omega Squad, and becoming pregnant with his child, Venku Skirata. The two would later marry in the traditional Mandalorian way shortly before her death in 19 BBY.
They were large domed headpieces that could be used to cover the wearer's eyes, masking their vision and training them to use the Force rather then their bodily senses alone.
Wookiees had an average lifespan of 400 standard years, and they appeared not to age over a span of fifty years.
The first Dark Jedi was believed to be Xendor, who was the first member of the Jedi Order to fall. Other forerunners included Ajunta Pall and others who, after the Hundred-Year Darkness, were exiled from Galactic Republic space and became the ancient progenitors of the Sith Lords.
Yoda confronted Sidious in the heart of the Senate chambers. This erupted into an intense duel between these masters of the Force, a fight that Yoda ultimately lost and was forced to flee. With the Galactic Empire triumphant, Yoda and Obi-Wan were the last of the Jedi.

As the first Dark Lord of the Sith, Ajunta Pall founded the first Sith Empire and expanded it onto other worlds. The Sith took over the planet Ziost and created it as their capital and as Pall's new home. Pall eventually died after serving the Empire for many decades, but his Empire lived on.
