Future Goku was 30 years old (physically 29 due to his first death) when he died of the heart virus and he could not be wished back with the Dragon Balls, because he died of a natural cause and had already been wished back once before with the Earth's Dragon Balls.
The series ends shortly after Goku's climactic battle with Demon Jr (Piccolo) at the Strongest Under The Heavens Tournament, closing with Goku at age 19.
During the Saiyan Saga, in which Goku sacrifices his life so Picollo can take out his brother Raditz, he dies a 23-year-old man. This is where the timeline can get confusing. While he is resurrected a year later, he is brought back and would be chronologically 24, but his body remains the same as when he died at 23.
After both Goku and the series experienced a 10-year time jump for the epilogue, Goku was now physically 37 and chronologically 44, while Vegeta also points out Saiyans' aging slows once they hit their physical prime to fight longer and more effectively.
As such, Goku will not begin to grow old until 1000 years have passed in which the series will likely end. And this is all counting the idea that use of god-ki may make him further immortal. So fear not, fans. Goku will not grow old on us and die.
Knowing that it's the androids, Gohan pretends to agree to allow Trunks to fight, but knocks him out before the battle begins in order to protect him. Surprise attacking Android 17, the one armed Super Saiyan fights both Androids, managing to put up a good fight. Ultimately, Gohan is overpowered and killed.
Here he is a mysterious seventeen year old capable of transforming into the Super Saiyan state, who appears and singlehandedly kills Frieza and his father, King Cold.
When Goku was killed by Cell, he declined to be wished back by the power of the Dragon Balls. As a result, he remained dead for seven years. He wasn't resurrected until the end of the Buu Saga. Since Goku wasn't technically alive during this period, he didn't age during his time in Otherworld.

Goku after the 1,000 year time-skip in Dragon Ball Omniverse. He first appeared in the Return of the Gods Saga to help Adrian fight Majin Beegito. His debut was short as he was killed immediately. He has been shown to be an entirely different version of Goku and may be a completely different being.
The eldest son of King Cold, the older brother of Frieza, the leader of the elite Cooler Force, Cooler travels to Earth to seek revenge against Goku for ruining his family's honor.
Though Goku has been around for longer than 36 years, his body is still that of a 30-year-old Saiyan. If viewers were to keep track of Goku's mental age at this point in the story, they would find him to be somewhere around 44 or 45 years old.
Golene is Goku's long lost sister. Her Saiyan name was Kakarotte but her storyline of how she turned to the good side was far different from Goku's.
Though Goku and Vegeta manage to rescue him along with Goten, Trunks, and Piccolo, he is killed when Buu (now in his pure form) destroys the Earth.

Roshi is more than 300 years old at the start of Dragon Ball, which at first comes across as comical. Curiously, Mercenary Tao is only 29 years younger than Roshi, which means that he's also several hundred years old.
In-universe, Goku dies on November 28 and is revived on November 3 of the next year in order to fight Nappa and Vegeta. Goku later sacrifices his life at the end of the Cell Games, opting to stay dead for seven years before having his life restored by the Rou Kaioshin during the events of the Majin Buu arc.
Regardless of Goku's god-like strength, he has not been able to manipulate time in any way until now. He has only been able to break stopped time by pushing his limit to 'Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken times 10'. Therefore, Goku's ability to break past time barriers is related to his power level at that point.
