Well, he was actually only 5 feet tall, which is fairly short for a guy his age. With this height, Beast Boy is actually the shortest of all the Teen Titans, including all the honorary Titans.
Cyborg is the tallest at 6', Starfire comes next at 5'6”, then Raven and Robin at 5'4”, and Beast Boy is the shortest. We aren't actually certain about Beast Boy's actual height, since it tends to fluctuate a bit (comes with being a shapeshifter). Sometimes he's Raven's height, and sometimes he's shorter.
In the tv series, it's theorized that's he's 14-15. Just like the comics, he's supposed to be the youngest member, so it only makes sense for the age range to be 15 and younger. In the most recent adaptation (a live-action version), Beast Boy is 17 with Raven being younger than him by two years.

Having transformed into most of the meat-producing animals, Beast Boy has lost his taste for meat and is now a vegetarian, which often gets him arguing with the others (especially Cyborg) because he constantly attempts to have the others adopt his culinary taste as well.

There are parts of this book where I felt like Gabe and Kami were in my head. And that's saying something because I take my Beast Boy headcanons seriously.

10 He Can Shapeshift Into Any Animal
Titans only showed Beast Boy shapeshifting into two animals - into a tiger and a snake. However, this ability of his is much more complex in the comics. In the comic books, the Beast Boy can shapeshift into any animal he chooses.
