At the beginning of the visual novel, Tomoya meets Nagisa Furukawa, who becomes his good friend, and later his girlfriend/wife. In After Story, Tomoya becomes an electrician after graduating from high school. He marries Nagisa, and together they have a daughter named Ushio.

The guys asked Karma which girl he likes the most out of everyone in class, Karma chooses Okuda. Everyone was surprised because how Karma and Okuda are totally opposite to each other.. Then Karma tells them that he's interested in her abilities when it comes to science, mainly because they help him with his pranks.
Nagisa dies after giving birth to her daughter, Ushio. The connection Nagisa once had with the town, was passed on to her daughter. Tomoya disappears from Ushio's life for five years. It seems like his life is becoming similar to the one his father led; and he doesn't like his dad very much.
Both of her parents were healthy, but Nagisa got sick. Meaning both of them possessed some recessive Gene of a disease. And so did her daughter. Which I assume is sickle cell.
In Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, it is mentioned that Kaede had a twin sister, but considering she was dead at that point, there was no way of knowing if this was true or false. This led many fans to believing it was either Miu Iruma or Natsumi herself.
Characters. Kaede is a shy, good-natured middle school boy. He has had a crush on Ai since the first day of school, but because of his fear of being rejected, it is difficult for him to confess his love to her. He loves playing games, especially those at the arcade.

Appearance. Korosensei used to be a human with small black eyes, short dark hair and pale skin. While working as an assassin, he would wear dark colored clothes, usually black or brown. After being used in experiments, Korosensei acquired the appearance of a yellow bipedal octopus.
Nagisa definitely does not know what asexuality is, at least at first. He just kind of goes about his life with not much attention for love anyways. It's not his priority and as a result he also doesn't think about sex much. Literally, he is so focused on his goals he doesn't think about these things at all.
Nagisa's father left when he was little. His mother, Hiromi, had always wanted a daughter and wanted to relive her childhood through Nagisa. Despite having a son, Hiromi wanted him to wear dresses and behave like a girl. As a result, Nagisa's classmates made fun of him for cross-dressing.
