Diarrhoea, nausea and vomiting have all been recorded as potential symptoms of COVID-19. 'Basically, anything that looks like a viral infection is something that doctors should consider testing.
In some cases, the digestive symptom, particularly diarrhea, can be the initial presentation of COVID-19 and may only later (or never) present with respiratory symptoms.

Stay off school or work until you've not been sick or had diarrhoea for at least 2 days. If you also have a high temperature or do not feel well enough to do your normal activities, try to stay at home and avoid contact with other people until you feel better.
