Kurama's every action in the series, whether it was the attack on the village or his attempts to take control of Naruto's body, hints at the fact that he was evil. However, the fact that he became the embodiment of evil later in his life was the result of the human treatment of him.
Centuries of receiving humanity's negative treatment caused Kurama to develop intense hostility and distrust against them, even going as far as proclaiming itself to be the living embodiment of hatred. Ever since its sealing within Naruto, Kurama plotted to use his dependence on its power to break free from the seal.
Kurama is the most powerful of the nine tailed beasts, possessing massive amounts of chakra to unleash mass destruction with his roars and Tailed Beast Balls, powerful energy spheres.
The reason for their evilness was that, they were always treated as weapons, and people who were affected started to hate them alot. Of course Tailed beasts were not at fault.
Since Naruto has already befriended the "good" Kurama, the "bad" Kurama didn't hesitant to give chakra when Minato shared it with Naruto.
As the Jinchuriki of Kurama, Naruto was quite powerful and ranked among the strongest Hokage in the story. However, after losing the power of his Tailed Beast in the fight against Isshiki Otsutsuki, he has weakened quite a bit.
Despite the loss of his dear friend, the Seventh Hokage can still use the Sage Mode. Fans were delighted to see that Naruto still retained some of his powers and that he is capable of taking down strong opponents.
Because Tailed Beasts are life-forms made of pure chakra, they are eventually reborn after dying. They will always come back, but until that happens, they're factually dead. So, deliberately creating some new Tailed-beasts to get Kurama back does not seem like something Naruto would do.
1 Ten-Tails
The Ten-Tails is stronger than all the nine Tailed Beasts put together, and its powers can't be compared to them. Ten Tails can swallow oceans, destroy mountains, and is known to be strong enough to destroy an entire planet.
Minato was strong enough to fight and seal the Nine-Tails, and at the same time, defeat Obito Uchiha and save the village.
Zero Tails [Reibi] was a demon who appeared as the final antagonist in Naruto Shippuden the Movie: Bonds. The Zero Tails was created by the dark thoughts and feelings of all the oppressed people. The creature creates a large amount of Dark Chakra that the Land of Sky used to power themselves and their weapons with.
Shukaku is one of the reasons Gaara has the Ulimate Defense. Other than his childish personality, Shukaku has advance sealing techniques that far outrank the other Tailed Beasts, despite being considered the weakest.
kurama and matatabi. The Nine-Tails or the Two-Tails.
Does Kurama get revived in Boruto? No, sadly, he won't come back. Tailed Beasts are basically made of chakra, so when they're killed, they return to chakra and will be revived soon.
Naruto has always been a powerful character, but his possibility of obtaining a new-tailed beast after Kurama's death could make him stronger. The increased power from the new-tailed beast could surpass even Baryon Mode, making Naruto a force to be reckoned with.
As Naruto grew up, Kurama came off like a corrupting force that tried to turn him into a weapon, but he'd soon realize Naruto wasn't like other humans. He was a being of care and compassion, which forged their friendship and turned Kurama away from his bloodthirsty ways.
At best, Sasuke might be slightly stronger than Naruto without Kurama. However, in the worst case scenario, he might be substantially weaker than the Seventh Hokage. A fair comparison can only be made once both these characters display their true strength after the loss of Kurama and Rinnegan in the Boruto series.
Madara also went on to call Might Guy the strongest fighter that he ever faced. All of this happened when Madara was a ten tail Jinchuriki and not in his base form. Given Might Guy's power levels after opening all the Gates, he would be able to beat Kurama.
When her favourite plush was accidentally damaged by Boruto, she assaulted him. She usually has no memory of these outbursts. This display of aggression made her elder brother run away and hide from her and vow never to anger her again. The same event also caused her father and Kurama to be terrified of her.
In a fight against Isshiki Otsutsuki, Kurama sacrifices himself allowing Naruto to enter The Baryon mode. In this, the jinchuriki gains explosive power but it consumes the tailed beast. A new theory suggests that Momoshiki might have enough power to bring back the Nine Tailed Fox.
It turns out the Tailed Beasts never actually die, but they reincarnate over the years. The first instance of a Tailed Beast dying happened with Isobu. The monster was killed alongside his host, and it forced the beast to reform over the years.
Without Kurama, he has the ability to develop his skills even further. With Sage Mode, he gets access to all his five chakras. And he can learn infinite jutsu. He also has access to all the tailed beasts.
Although Naruto usually uses the Six Paths' Sage Mode along with the Kurama Chakra Mode, there is no reason he cannot use it without Kurama's strength. In fact, Naruto can still use the basic Sage Mode, which is enough for him to take down a roster of enemies.
Baryon Mode is a strength only accessible to Kurama and his Jinchuriki, where the chakra of both fuse together, similar to nuclear fusion, and give rise to new energy.
The villain lost his Rinnegan after being struck in the left eye by Momoshiki-possessed Boruto. The main reason why this incident took place was that Momoshiki was trying to stop the other team from teleporting.
