Yes, he loses his ability to speak Parseltongue. In fact he lost the ability the moment Voldemort destroyed his part of his soul which lived as a horcrux in Harry. JK said that losing the ability to speak Parseltongue was actually something that gave Harry relief.
Harry also had the unusual ability to speak and understand "Parseltongue", a language associated with Dark Magic. This, it transpires, is because he harbours a piece of Voldemort's soul. He loses this ability after the part of Voldemort's soul inside him is destroyed at the end of The Deathly Hallows.
Harry can no longer speak it
Once the part of Voldemort's soul that dwelled inside Harry was destroyed, however, Harry discovered he was no longer a Parselmouth; an added bonus of Voldemort's demise.
However, Harry's capacity to feel love and compassion for other people is something quite special, and it is the characteristic that makes him the perfect foil for the story's villain, Lord Voldemort.

Obviously there's no coming back from this spell, and according to the Ministry of Magic's classifications (and, again, fake-Moody) this is the worst Unforgivable Curse. If this countdown were about which spell is the most unforgivable we might agree – but weirdly enough it's not.
