It is no surprise that the Captain tops the list, being a fan favorite, but his place is well justified aside from his popularity and likeable nature as one of the key protagonists in the Clone Wars series.
During the mission to Coruscant, Darman's relationship with Etain Tur-Mukan blossomed and they became romantically involved. They also privately spent most of their free time together. Darman is most likely unique in his relationship with Etain, as a clone-Jedi affair was utterly unheard of at the time.
Since he removed his control implant, Wolffe was no longer able to be forced into complying with Order 66. Following the Clone Wars, Wolffe and his two comrades Rex and Gregor settled on Seelos and lived in a vintage AT-TE walker.
Despite Cody's friendship with Obi-Wan, he didn't hesitate when he received Order 66 from Supreme Chancellor Palpatine at the end of the Clone Wars. Obeying the Republic's commander-in-chief, Cody gave the order to fire on his Jedi General, then sent troops to see if he'd been killed.

The 212th Attack Battalion was a famed unit in the Grand Army of the Republic led by Commander Cody and Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. Part of the 7th Sky Corps of the Third Systems Army, it consisted of both standard infantry and clone paratroopers. A commando group was attached to it during the Battle of Sarrish.
