The Prophet replied, “Do not become angry,” and he repeated this three times. On another occasion the Prophet asked his companions, “Do you know who the strong person is?” His companions replied, “The one who is able to wrestle others down.” The Prophet responded, “No, it is the one who is able to control their anger.”
The Prophet Muhammad was always neutral when trying to understand and resolve conflicts: He decided the cases even of his enemies with strict justice and fairness. His enemies brought their suits to him without any fear or hesitation for they knew that they would get justice only from him.
The Sunnah (Prophetic tradition) of making du'a is to lower one's head and face one's palms upwards, however in times of extreme distress, the Prophet ﷺ would raise his hands to the sky, as described in the Battle of Badr.
The Prophet raised his face towards heaven and prayed: "O Almighty! I raise unto you, my complaint for my weakness, my helplessness, and for the ridicule to which I have been subjected. O Merciful! You are the Master of all oppressed people, You are my God!
Allah says, “When they get angry, they forgive. [Surah Al-Shurah:37] So let us restrain our anger and not utter anything which cannot be taken back. Let us all read the Quran and follow the Quran's teachings and be better Muslims in our daily lives.
When the sun rose, God provided a scorching east wind, and the sun blazed on Jonah's head so that he grew faint. He wanted to die, and said, "It would be better for me to die than to live." But God said to Jonah, "Do you have a right to be angry about the vine?" "I do," he said. "I am angry enough to die."
Prophet (SAW) treated all his wives equally and with utmost respect. He catered to their needs, and always kept them above himself. He never hesitated to show how much value they hold in his life. Show them their real importance and always treat her with kindness.
Secondly, the Prophet Muhammad advised that when we feel angry we should perform ritual washing (wudu) with cold water. Again, the idea is to cool the body and soul from the heat of anger.
The Quran says: “Verily We have created man into toil and struggle.” Definitely, Man is created to struggle always, he is always anxious for something else, he is never satisfied with what he gets. It is the nature of man to be consumed with anxiety and no human being is ever free from worries and anxiety.
Introduction: The Prophet of Islam is one of the several famous religious figures who allegedly suffered from epilepsy. Early Greek chronicler Theophanes was one of the first to mention that the revelations of The Prophet were episodes of epilepsy, sparking a debate that has continued to date.
It is clearly reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) only got angry over something that pertains to religion. He was never seen angry over a personal matter. But when it was a question of belief or relating to some religious aspect, he could be angry, and his anger showed in his face.
The military career of Muhammad (c. 570 – 8 June 632), the Islamic prophet, encompasses several expeditions and battles throughout the Hejaz region in the western Arabian Peninsula which took place in the final ten years of his life, from 622 to 632. His primary campaign was against his own tribe in Mecca, the Quraysh.
In Islam, sunnah, also spelled sunna (Arabic: سنة), are the traditions and practices of the Islamic prophet Muhammad that constitute a model for Muslims to follow. The sunnah is what all the Muslims of Muhammad's time evidently saw and followed and passed on to the next generations.

In the angry scene involving king Ahasuerus, the king in anger commanded Vashti to be replaced (Esther 1:9-22), and Haman to be executed (Esther 7:1-10). In all the preceding examples, angry scenes appears to help in moving the story forward and have also attending impact on plot progression of biblical narratives.
Seek refuge in Allah.
This is the simplest way to control your anger. Whenever you feel angry, sit down, and seek refuge in Allah from Shaytaan. In Arabic, say A'oodhu billahi minash shaytaannir rajeem.
In most Muslim traditions, Khadija bint Khuwaylid is described as Muhammad's most beloved and favored wife; Sunni tradition places Aisha as second only to Khadija. There are several hadiths, or stories or sayings of Muhammad, that support this belief.

Washing the Blessed Body
Ghusl of the blessed body of the Prophet ﷺ was carried out by various family members: his cousin and son-in-law, Ali ibn Abu Talib, his uncle, al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib and al-Abbas' two sons, al-Fadl and Qutham M.
David took these words to heart and was very much afraid of Achish king of Gath. So he pretended to be insane in their presence; and while he was in their hands he acted like a madman, making marks on the doors of the gate and letting saliva run down his beard.

Elijah, a prophet, Biblical hero, and person of faith, was seriously depressed.
The presence of Kali and his family on earth causes mankind to fight and turn on one another.
Scripture says, "But Jonah ran away from the Lord and headed for Tarshish (Spain)." Clearly he didn't want the job, probably because the Assyrians were notorious for their cruelty to their enemies and Jonah feared he would be tortured for daring to predict their doom.
