Eren's two closest allies, Armin and Mikasa, both went their own paths after Eren's death. They made him a makeshift grave at the tree he used to sleep at—the very same one he slept under when the manga first began. As time passes, Mikasa raises a family of her own, though she never lets go of Eren's scarf.
The manga for Attack on Titan ended with the death of the protagonist-turned-antagonist Eren Yeager at the hands of one of the closest people to him, Mikasa Ackerman. Disturbingly, she kisses his severed head, indicating that there was no malice or retribution in the act and that she did indeed love him.
In the final battle against Eren, she decides she must stop him, questioning why things must end this way. Mikasa then kills the only person she considered family, her home, a friend and a lover, concluding the arc and her character development.
He also says that he did everything to keep her safe. Eren also admits that he also wants Mikasa to keep him in her heart for a long time, as he just wanted to live for Mikasa. Now Mikasa arrives with Eren's head in her hands, crying over his death.
When Eren killed the innocent people of Liberio, Mikasa was sad, but still protected and loved Eren. Even when Eren mentally abused her until she cried, she wavered but was unable to detach herself from Eren.
"If you want to try and stop me... then try to stop me from ever taking another breath. You are all free." Eren Yeager. Those are his last spoken words, after which he remains silent until he is decapitated by Mikasa.
Eren loved Mikasa but Mikasa didn't have any feelings for Eren. Mikasa married Jean & has kids. Paradis is now destroyed but the titans still exist. Yet to see how it's executed specifically on the paper but the leaks are making AoT 139 sound far worse than what it already was.
Last Kiss — As Mikasa kills him, the two share one final kiss as a bid of farewell towards one another. Tragic Love — Eren never got to share his true feelings to Mikasa, nor did she to Eren.
Eren was devastated by Sasha's passing. However, because of what he experienced and what he had to do to save the Eldians, hearing Sasha's final words made sense to him and brought back memories of when they were younger, and it was easier to hate the Titans for the devastation they had caused.
A tense moment in both anime and manga is where Eren has a talk with Armin and Mikasa in Marley after Sasha's killer was revealed. He tells Mikasa that he always hated her and that it's her Ackerman blood that ties her to him, not love of any kind. Eren even calls her a slave, which deeply wounds Mikasa.
Levi is the brother of Mikasa. Hughes is the father of Levi. Victoria is the daughter of Christa.
As for Mikasa marrying Jean, yes! She did. Isayama did so to make Mikasa have her own ground than pining over Eren only. Though, it's canon that both loved each other.
Although the protagonist was successful in his goal of annihilating the titans, Paradis was still bombed and destroyed by the enemy forces. The manga concludes with the final panel depicting the same tree from where it all began.
As the final pages of volume 34 come in, Attack on Titan shows Mikasa living life as a wife and mother. She is shown sitting at Eren's grave with a man facing away from readers. It seems the guy is none other than Jean, and the couple has a small child between them.
With this in mind, Eren's laughter becomes something much more ominous. It becomes a sign of not only despair at losing Sasha but his resignation to the future. Sasha's death may have been the thing that drove Eren over the edge, forcing him to confront the absurdity of resisting his fate.
Yeah, she's aware of Eren's feelings. After chapter 138, she realizes that Eren loved her so much, but they were never meant to be together. Even from the beginning. Mikasa knows that Eren's destiny is to be far away from her, and her only desire is to be next to him.
It's not entirely possible to categorize AoT's ending as either happy or sad. Eren dies, but everyone moves on with their lives, with him never achieving the freedom he sought his entire life. However, the people around Eren work to create a better world for Eldians.
Eren's death and Ymir's liberation by Mikasa caused every Titan body turning to dust. Those that had been transformed were restored back to human form. Knowing his sacrifice, Eren's friends were grateful for being relinquished from the Titan curse at last, but non-Eldians remained suspicious of them.
Therefore Eren will not come back to life. Eren transformed into the founding Titan and died at the hands of the Alliance. Mikasa tightened her scarf and rushed towards Eren for the kill. She sliced Eren's head off, kissed his severed head, and bid farewell.
After years of unrequited love and hopeless pining, Attack on Titan's ending saw Eren and Mikasa confess their love in their own way.
While there are many characters that he respects, Erwin Smith is perhaps the only character that Captain Levi has truly loved, which puts Erwin at the very top of the list. Levi's loyalty and devotion to Erwin also indicate that the two were meant to be together.
No, Levi doesn't really have a love interest. Hajime Isayama (the creator) has said that Levi isn't the type of person to get into a relationship or have feelings for anybody.
Jean immediately develops a crush on Mikasa upon seeing her for the first time, causing him to blush and stutter. He tells her that she has beautiful hair, to which she replied with “thank you”. When Mikasa leaves, Jean follows her, wanting to say something more, but stops at his track when he sees her with Eren.
Unfortunately, Annie and Armin do not get married in Attack on Titan. The romance between the two characters develops quite late in the story, and the author only briefly touches upon it.
