Alpha Pokemon will respawn if you have caught or defeated them (wait until the next day or leave to Jubilife Village and return).

The base odds of finding a Shiny in the wild are 4096/1, but these odds can be altered via different methods. Despite these methods, Alpha Pokemon have remained the hardest to find Shiny because of the many layers of RNG that go into hunting them.
This means every Pokémon encountered in the wild aside from Legendary & Mythical Pokémon has got a chance of being an Alpha. This ranges from a 0.2% chance to a 2% chance depending on the Pokémon, location and time of day.
The highest-level Alpha Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus is a Garchomp that has grown all the way to level 85. It should be one of the last you'll collect on your journey, but the payoff will be well worth the wait. Garchomp is a Dragon and Ground-type Pokemon found in the freezing Alabaster Icelands.
You can catch Alpha Pokemon to bolster your team, as they are likely to have multiple Effort Levels, some up to Level 3.
There are two types of alphas: those that respawn and those that appear at random. Only the first type consistently respawns in the same area, even if you already capture or KO it. However, it can be difficult to tell which type of alpha it is if it's your first time seeing it.
When it comes to capturing Alphas, I'd recommend you use Ultra Balls, which can be obtained after reaching Star Rank level six. Next, there are Weighted Balls, which includes Heavy Balls, Leaden Balls, and Gigaton Balls.
Every Pokémon has the chance to appear Alpha as long as they Pokémon can appear in the wild. Unfortunately, this means there are no Alpha mythical or legendary Pokémon available in the game. They also have fairly low catch rates, making them difficult to obtain.

Even better is the fact that being a True Alpha makes him stronger than a regular Alpha. Being wholeheartedly good is not only an asset, it's a strength.
Alpha Pokémon are big indicators of this, towering over the standard Pokémon Size range. Legendary Pokémon do not have size variation in the game and come as their standard size.
How to find Shiny Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. According to one of the game's Biology lessons, shiny odds are 1 in 4,000. In other games they've been 1 in 4069, so it's likely that this is a simplification, but either way, it's very possible to go through the entire game without seeing any.
