Rowling confirmed the houses of our favorite Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them characters. Tina is a Thunderbird, the house of the soul and adventurers. Queenie is a Pukwudgie, the house of the heart and healers.
Their closest Hogwarts House parallels would clearly be Gryffindor for Tina, and Hufflepuff for Queenie.

The Heir of Ravenclaw was in time revealed to be Brian Dumbledore (Ajrand).

They are from different families. Though Queenie might be related to Anthony Goldstein.
