Allah is Al-Jabbar, the mender of broken hearts. The Name, Al-Jabbar, is mentioned once in the Holy Qur'an in Surah Al-Hashr, verse 23.
Allah calls Himself Al-Jabbaar— The Compeller, The Restorer— on one occasion in the Quran. He is the One who compels all things according to His will. Al-Jabbaar is the Highest One, who irresistibly restores, repairs, and completes all of creation! The Compeller, The Restorer, The Greatest.
Allah calls Himself Al-'Azeez— The Almighty, The Strong– on 92 occassions in the Quran. He is the One who overcomes everything. Al-'Azeez is the incomparable source of all strength and might, and His power cannot be overcome or resisted.
Allah is Ar-Rafi (in Arabic: ٱلْرَّافِعُ). He is The One who lowers whoever He wills and raises whoever He wills. The One who chooses who will be raised in rank in every way.

Remember Allah often
Remembering Allah with focus, devotion and dedication is a known cure for the sadness of our hearts. Believers know this from practice and also from the words of Allah in the Quran, where He says: “Those who believe and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah.
Everyone is indeed tested by Allah in so many forms of both happiness and sadness, shortage and abundance as mentioned in the Qur'an Surah Al Baqarah Verse 155-157. The verse reminds us that anyone, whoever he/she is, even the Prophets are tested by Allah SWT.
Allah calls Himself Al-Hakeem— The All-Wise, The Judicious— on 33 occasions in the Quran. Al-Hakeem is the One with ultimate wisdom, who did not create and legislate anything in vain.

The reasons that laughing and crying as Almighty Allah was said in quran, “And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and weep”. There's a lot of difference in crying of a person to another. Some people are crying out of fear and fright and some are weeping in cause of grief and regret.
We all experience difficulties in our life's and as Muslims we should know that this is a test from Allah. In fact that this is something Muslims firmly believe in, that going through difficult times is inevitable.
The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: “No person suffers any anxiety or grief and says this supplication, but Allah will take away his sorrow and grief, and give him in their stead joy. Having said that, however, Muslims are not immune to the feeling of grief or depression.
Dua to safeguard from anxiety and depression
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-Ḥuzni wal-'ajazi wal-kasli wal-bukhli wal-jubni wa ḍala'id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal.
