Drizella Tremaine is a secondary antagonist in Disney's 1950 animated feature film, Cinderella. She is Anastasia's biological older sister, Lady Tremaine's eldest daughter, and Cinderella's older stepsister. Snarky and greedy, Drizella does not care for romance, but rather money and power.
Lady Tremaine treats Cinderella, her step-daughter, like a scullery maid and focuses all of her attention on her own two daughters, Anastasia and Drizella. She is based on The Wicked Stepmother character from the original fairytale by Charles Perrault.
Drizella is the older sister of Anastasia and the oldest daughter of Lady Tremaine. When she and her sister were children, their mother married a noble man with a daughter, Cinderella. After the death of Cinderella's father, the three Tremaines became cruel and forced Cinderella into servitude within her own home.
In the past, Rapunzel had two daughters, Anastasia and Drizella, and made a deal with Mother Gothel to be locked in a tower in exchange for the safety of her family. Six years later, Rapunzel frees herself and when she returns to her family, she discovers she has gained a stepdaughter named Ella.
Drizella is one of the villains imprisoned on the Isle of the Lost. She is the mother of several daughters including Dizzy (who first appeared in Descendants 2) and the aunt of Anthony Tremaine.
Turning back to Rapunzel Tremaine's role as Cinderella's stepmother, she has similar motivations to her fairytale counterpart, but with far more impressive results. In the original stories, Cinderella's stepmother tries to keep Cinderella from going to the ball altogether, a task she ultimately fails at.

The stepsisters threw themselves at her feet and begged forgiveness for treating her so badly. Cinderella, who was as good as she was beautiful, forgave them at once and asked them to love her always.
Cinderella's Mother died when Cinderella was a child. Cinderella's Father remarried and shortly after, he also died. Cinderella's Evil Stepmother then stole Cinderella's inheritance and enslaved Cinderella in her own home.
