Gemini Man also has Ophidiophobia, which is a fear of snakes, one of the reasons why being that his weakness is the Search Snake.
His weakness is the Magnet Missile, which is able to hit him better when he jumps to cause the earthquake. He is also weak to his own weapon, the Hard Knuckle, but it can only be tested on him on the rematch in the Wily Castle, like the other Robot Masters.
Needle Man is one of the four bosses fought in the Wily Castle. His actions are the same from Mega Man 3. His weakness is the Top Spin due to the Gemini Laser not being in this game. Air Shooter is also a good weapon to use against him here.
Mega Man 3
This Doc Robot is weak against Magnet Missiles and Hard Knuckles.
Wily Machine 3: Part 1 Spark Shock (SP)
This first phase is probably the easiest boss in the whole game. Just shoot 4 Spark Shock shots at the turret that's underneath the boss.
1/10 Wily Capsule: Impossible to Hit
This is it, the hardest fight in Mega Man history, and it's fitting that it's Mega Man's arch-nemesis Dr. Wily.
The Shadow Blade is Spark Man's weakness. Punk and the Wily Machine are immune to it. Two Shadow Blades uses one weapon energy unit.
Sigma isn't weak to any weapon, so the Electric Spark is your best choice since it does more damage than other weapons in your arsenal. Avoid him as he bounces back and forth between walls, and use his downtime to inflict as much pain on him as possible.
Gunner Sigma
Sigma's face is its weakpoint. It appears in the top right corner of the arena and attacks with laser gun. It is weak to X's Soul Body and Zero's Ryuenjin.
Although you could fight Bomb Man first, I recommend taking care of Guts Man right off the bat because he's rather easy if you dodge his attacks effectively and his weapon is useful in some of the stages.
His weakness, Bubble Lead, can ignore the effects of the fire pillars and deals immense damage to him; however, he is invulnerable to Bubble Lead while ignited.
His weakness is the Plant Barrier, which defeats him in seven hits, but as the player has fair enough energy to destroy him with it and Mega Man must get near Tomahawk Man to hit him with it, it can be quite difficult to beat him with the Plant Barrier without taking damage.
Tornado Man's weakness is the Plug Ball. Even though he is airborne, it will not be an issue because he stays near the ceiling, allowing the Plug Ball to hit him. Following his defeat, Tornado Man gives Mega Man the Tornado Blow.
His weakness is the Needle Cannon, but he can also be easily defeated using the Mega Buster. He is also weak to his own weapon, the Search Snake, but it can be only used in the rematch against him in Wily Castle.
Shadow Man is one of the eight stage bosses. He attacks by jumping, throwing Shadow Blades, and sliding. He is weak to Top Man's Top Spin.
The temples located on the two sides of your head. At this position, the skull is thinner than the rest making the area more vulnerable. Under the skull in the same region, run arteries which provide the brain in blood. A severe hit can lead to excessive pressure on the brain and oxygen deprivation.
Wolf Sigma
He only takes damage from a fully-charged Charge Shot or a Rolling Shield.
His weakness is Blizzard Attack, but it cannot hit him when Plant Man uses his Plant Barrier. It defeats him in seven hits. Also, Flame Blast is his semi-weakness, but just as Blizzard Attack, it cannot hit him when he uses his Plant Barrier.
Velguarder (ベルガーダー, Berugādā), also known as Velguader, is Sigma's pet. He is a wolf-type Reploid or Mechaniloid possessing a ferocious mind circuit, whom Sigma uses to hunt down and terminate those who betray him.

Defeating the boss will drop two weapons, Gargoyle's Blackblade, which scales well with Dexterity, and the Gargoyle's Black Halberd, an amazing Strength. The boss is weak against Strike attacks. The boss is Immune to Scarlet Rot, Poison, Frostbite, and Hemorrhage.
Hermit is the hardest SF2 boss, with Wasp as the runner up.
The player can change the pods back to their original position, and can even change it up to three times unless either the weapon runs its course, an enemy makes contact with any of the pods, or the player runs out of Weapon Energy. Crush Crawfish, Bit and Volt Kurageil share a weakness to this weapon.
