Fighting two Valkyries at once makes Hrist and Mist one of God Of War Ragnarok's hardest bosses. Hrist and Mist's boss battle begins with a bang and doesn't let up the tension throughout the fight. Both Valkyries pack a punch and quickly attack Kratos repeatedly without breaks.
As to be expected, the first boss is also the easiest. He's slow, and is essentially just here to teach you about blocking, parrying, and dodging. Still, it's an intense moment in terms of the story, given that it's Atreus transformed into bear form.
The best difficulty to select, for most players, will be Balance. This difficulty provides a moderate challenge, where you'll need to take time to learn the combat and think about the gear you're using, without impeding the pace of the overall story.

Powers and Abilities
Being a demigod, Perseus possesses supernatural strength and agility. He also uses a large variety of items given to him by various Gods. In the first part of the battle, he uses Hades' Helm to turn invisible. While Kratos can't see him, he then throws projectiles at Kratos with his sling.
It's clear, then, that Kratos has a talent for defeating gods of all kinds. No matter how powerful a foe is, Kratos has always found a way to kill them. This is something that Thor simply cannot match, and could give Kratos the advantage he needs to defeat the God of Thunder in combat.
Fear Factor. Kratos is afraid of being found by others who might know of his deeds. He's afraid of how his legacy will come to affect Atreus, his son, and he's afraid that if the boy knows his history, he'll despise him.
12 Anos Voldigoad Can Destroy Kratos By Looking At Him
His name is Anos Voldigoad, and he is said to be the strongest demon in history. He was actually able to gravely injure someone with just his heart beat. Anos wields a sword called Venuzdonoa, which is capable of destroying anything in existence.
1 Weakness: His Nightmares
Up until God of War III, Kratos is plagued by nightmares, which partially explains why he's so vulnerable to illusions and mind tricks. It also, of course, explains his unquenchable rage. At the end of the day, Kratos' nightmares are one of his greatest weaknesses.
When focusing on the main objectives, God of War is about 20½ Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 51 Hours to obtain 100% completion.
God of War Ragnarök is a long and challenging game, no matter what difficulty option you choose. There are a wide variety of different challenges to complete, optional side-missions and goodies to collect.
Odin, the main antagonist of God of War: Ragnarok, is the final boss in the game's main story, making the fight against him one of the best.
Dauòi Kaupmaòr. This fire troll is the first boss enemy you'll face off against in God of War, and it's a great introduction to how fights will work in the game. Dauòi Kaupmaòr isn't the most difficult enemy to defeat, but — like most trolls — throwing your axe isn't going to do much good here.
While he wouldn't know it for most of his life, Kratos was a demigod as he is the son of Zeus, but he would later become a full-on god, the God of War to be precise, after killing Ares.
He's killed 19 Full blooded Gods.
1 The One Above All
Sadly, One Above All has weaknesses that make him vulnerable against his foes. He has even been beaten by Thanos, as his existence does not let him hurt or kill things. Hence, he's an easy kill for Kratos and wouldn't be able to match his rage and destruction.
It is documented that Greek gods grow stronger with age, and audiences have seen that with the sheer power and invulnerability of Old Kratos. As such, Old Kratos would win based on age.

Gunnr. Gunnr, Mistress of War is the first and easiest valkyrie a player can possibly encounter. She attacks using her wings and scythe, but otherwise has no gimmick or specialty, making her an entry-level fight and introduction to the basis of the rest of the valkyries.
