The Blade of Olympus, the weapon that won the Great War. The blade is gifted to Kratos after ascending to the new God of War by Zeus. Draining his power into the blade, he empowered the blade to an actual godly status of deadly.
The Leviathan Axe
Kratos doesn't start the game with his usual blades, but rather a magical axe that could be recalled (similar to Thor's hammer, Mjolnir). As it turns out, the Leviathan Axe was made by the dwarven blacksmiths Brok and Sindri to combat Mjolnir's strength.
Leviathan Axe
The chosen weapon of Kratos, now that his favorite chained blades are in the past, can still be used in a variety of situations.
That being said, the Blades of Chaos is the clear winner. It's made for war and is fueled by it. The Leviathan Axe, however powerful, is as much a weapon as it is a tool, and is used more for self-defense. The margin between the two weapons' power levels is lessened when wielded by Kratos, a warrior, and a father.
The Leviathan Axe starts back at level 1 when you first begin your adventure, and is also tied to unlocking further skills in the Leviathan Axe Skill Tree - all the way to the level 6 upgrade.
The Leviathan Axe is Canonically More Powerful than Mjolnir.
While it is true that the hammer would have been an incredible asset for the player, it cannot be wielded or even picked up by Kratos (nor Atreus) for several reasons.
Ares, the original god of war, unless Kratos unseats him off of his throne and title. This was no easy feat and his boss fight is a testament to that. The battle between Ares and Kratos is one of the first truest combats between two gods.
He's killed 19 Full blooded Gods.
4 Saitama Can Literally Beat Kratos With A Single Punch
Saitama does not get excited about battle anymore, and that is because he has become the strongest known being in the universe. Like Kratos, Saitama possesses inhuman strength and endurance, but unlike the God of War, he has unparalleled speed and reflexes.
In God of War Ragnarök, it's likely that Kratos is around 1,055 years old. He's something of an old man, but as a demigod, he is still more than young enough to hold his own and then some in battle.
While he wouldn't know it for most of his life, Kratos was a demigod as he is the son of Zeus, but he would later become a full-on god, the God of War to be precise, after killing Ares.
Being the son of Zeus would mean instant Super Strength, and Kratos is a supreme level one at that. His feats of strength are stuff of legend. He was able to withstand attacks from gargantuan titans and even overpower them.
He makes no appearance in God of War 2, but in God of War 3, Poseidon was the first Greek God that Kratos killed. Upon his death, oceans flooded the world. Additionally, Poseidon is one of the four gods players can pledge allegiance to in Ascension's multiplayer.
Fear Factor. Kratos is afraid of being found by others who might know of his deeds. He's afraid of how his legacy will come to affect Atreus, his son, and he's afraid that if the boy knows his history, he'll despise him.
The Hulk's strength has no limits. While Kratos' rage seems to be the source of a lot of his power in battle, The Hulk could easily match this and more. The more angry Hulk gets, the stronger he becomes, and there's no way Kratos could cope with this on any level.
It is documented that Greek gods grow stronger with age, and audiences have seen that with the sheer power and invulnerability of Old Kratos. As such, Old Kratos would win based on age.
The Leviathan is a two-handed war axe that is Kratos' main offensive weapon in God of War.
Basically, in the new God of War, Kratos can get his own version of Thanos' Infinity Gauntlet. Players have discovered that one of God of War's epic talismans, the Shattered Gauntlet of Ages, can be equipped with the game's equivalent of the Infinity Stones, granting Kratos a special power.
Yet kratos's strongest feat was in GoW2 i believe in which he resisted the force of the mghty titan atlas and khronos from crushing him. Atlas was cursed to forvever hold the earth atop his shoulders, and failed to crush kratos. This strength feat equates to around 300–400 quintillion tons, (i think?)
The Leviathan Axe is introduced in God of War (2018) as Kratos' main weapon throughout the Norse Era. Specifically forged by the blacksmiths Brok and Sindri to fight off the power of Mjölnir, the Axe has been granted to the Guardian before the latter offered it to Kratos prior to her death.
The Blades of Chaos were forged at the darkest depths of the Underworld by Ares himself. They were imbued with primordial fire, which allowed them to ignite with every attack that the user performed.
However, Kratos did not kill all the gods, and there are close to a dozen Olympians that managed to survive Kratos' path of destruction.
