American Express chargeback reason code P07 falls under the “Processing Errors” category. The shorthand description is “Late Submission.” When this reason code shows up, it means that the transaction was not submitted within the required time frame. A transaction in progress is not valid forever.
Denial Code CO 27 occurs when expenses were incurred after the patient's coverage had been terminated, meaning that your practice provided health care services to a patient after their insurance policy's termination.

This code will appear if you are attempting a transaction and your customer's card is not configured for that type of transaction. Have your customer call their issuing bank (the number is typically printed on the back of the credit card) and ask that the transaction be permitted.

The customer's card issuer has declined the transaction and requested that your customer's card be retained. You should check transactions processed after any declined transactions receiving this particular error to monitor for fraudulent transactions on alternate cards.
You can receive this error for the following reasons: Account information is incomplete or incorrect at the processor. The card type being used isn't set up with the processor. Your merchant bank has blocked your account.
