Fujikasane, Sabito, after ploughing through many demons and saving many of the other to-be slayers, encountered a powerful morphed Demon who desired to devour all of Sakonji's students. In an attempt to kill it, Sabito's blade breaks on the demon's thick neck, and he dies by the Demon's hands.
Canon. Giyuu explains to Tanjiro his relationship with Sabito. Sabito and Giyuu met years before the start of the series as apprentices of Urokodaki, the former Water Pillar. They were good friends and bonded well due to their similar past and motivations.
Makomo Tomioka ( 冨 とみ 岡 おか 真 ま 菰 こも , Tomioka Makomo?) is the main female protagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - The Water Hashira Chronicles.
Sabito, an orphan, was taken as an apprentice of Urokodaki, the former Water Hashira. He and Makomo trained with him until they were allowed to enter the Final Selection — the test that any swordsman needs to pass to become a Demon Slayer. However, they were both killed by a demon during the exam.
Sabito and Makomo are a duo in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no yaiba, an anime based on a manga by Koyoharu Gotoge. Makomo and Sabito are two orphans adopted by Sakonji, who trained them both and allowed them to take the Demon Slayer Corps final selection exam.
Makomo's pet phrase is that she loves Sakonji very much. She is also a somewhat mysterious person, as she always speaks in an abstract and dreamy way without ever giving straight answers to questions about her past.
MakoShino is one of Makomo's only femslash ships. Another being MakoNezu, which is the femslash ship between Makomo and Nezuko Kamado and MakoMitsu which is the femslash ship between Makomo and Mitsuri Kanroji.
He is one of the show "top protagonists", standing effortlessly over his fellow Hashira. He is extremely muscular and powerfully built. He has black spiky hair, and a prominent scar that runs across his forehead horizontally. He has been blind with no irises nor pupils.

Giyu is the only character who has his own spin-off. The spin-off is a two-part story depicting events after Giyu's encounter with Tanjiro and Nezuko, called Giyu Tomioka: Gaiden.
Hotaru Haganezuka ( 鋼鐵 はがね 塚 づか 螢 ほたる , Haganezuka Hotaru?) is a supporting character of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
He's shown multiple times in Demon Slayer that he can't sing or identify a tone to save his life. This tone-deaf nature never really posed a major challenge to him during his battles, so perhaps it's not really that big a deal that he lacks this talent.

Tsutako Tomioka ( 冨 とみ 岡 おか 蔦 つた 子 こ , Tomioka Tsutako?) was the older sister of Giyu Tomioka.

Jigoro was a former Hashira who practiced Thunder Breathing, which ended up giving him the title of "Roaring Hashira". Naturally, he was a very powerful demon slayer who successfully killed many demons. Unfortunately, he retired at the age of 35, when he lost his right leg in a fight with a demon.

He is the fastest Hashira, and the second physically strongest. Obviously, then, Tengen Uzui is rather proud. He is demanding, fussy, boastful, and prone to selfishness. But he is also ultimately kind and caring, with great love for his three wives as well as the other Hashira.
Gyomei, an emotional and gentle person by nature, was extremely sad that he was not able to save more lives. Even after the accusation, his concern was that he wasn't able to protect other kids that the demon devoured.
Over a century ago, Doma held the position of Upper Rank Six ( 上 じょう 弦 げん の 陸 ろく , Jōgen no Roku?), and during that tenure, he turned Gyutaro and Daki into demons and introduced them into the Twelve Kizuki.
In fighting Gyuutarou and Daki, Uzui Tengen loses his left eye and left hand, and Gyuutarou heavily poisons him to keep him from decapitating the demons. After Tanjirou defeats the demon siblings, the poison spreads so rapidly in Uzui's body that he lays dying, surrounded by Suma, Makio, and Hinatsuru.
EnZan is the slash ship between Muzan Kibutsuji and Enmu from the Demon Slayer fandom.
DouShino is the het ship between Shinobu and Douma from the Demon Slayer fandom.
Shizuka is seen often teasing Sanemi and making him annoyed, nevertheless, the two had still created a strong bond and relationship with each other. Eventually, after knowing each other for a while, Shizuka finally ended up having the courage and confessed, leading to them getting married after awhile.
