Zero Tails [Reibi] was a demon who appeared as the final antagonist in Naruto Shippuden the Movie: Bonds. The Zero Tails was created by the dark thoughts and feelings of all the oppressed people.
Zero Tails (Reibi) was never a Tailed Beast in Naruto in any way. Each of the Tailed Beasts is born out of the chakra of Ten Tails that the Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Otsutsuki, separated from his body. With the Creation of All Things Technique, Hagoromo divided the chakra of Ten-Tails into nine different bodies.
It was a movie-only creation. It doesn't exist, or ever been referenced in canon, the movie just needed something cool to fight and made up the Zero-tail without any consideration.

The Zero Tails was created by the dark thoughts and feelings of all the oppressed people. The creature creates a large amount of Dark Chakra that the Land of Sky used to power themselves and their weapons with. In the movie, the Zero Tails was sealed within Amaru.

Matatabi (又旅), more commonly known as the Two-Tails (ニ尾, Nibi), is one of the nine tailed beasts.

The Hundred Tailed Fox or simply Hundred Tails (百尾フ Hyakubi) is one of the advanced Tailed Beasts created by Tamakachi and Kushina.
It turns out the Tailed Beasts never actually die, but they reincarnate over the years. The first instance of a Tailed Beast dying happened with Isobu. The monster was killed alongside his host, and it forced the beast to reform over the years.
Boruto Uzumaki does not have a Tailed Beast in the series
So far, the protagonist hasn't shown any signs of having a Tailed Beast. Tailed Beasts haven't particularly been dealt with throughout the series except when it re-introduced the Ten-Tailed Beast for Code's plan.

He also gained the chakra of all nine of the Tailed Beasts, making him a pseudo-Ten Tails Jinchūriki. Even though Naruto is already stronger than the Ten Tails, his strength continues to grow even today.

Seiten Taisei Son Gokū (斉天大聖孫悟空, literally meaning: Great Sage Equalling Heaven Son Gokū), more commonly known as Son Gokū (孫悟空) or simply the Four-Tails (四尾, Yonbi), is one of the nine tailed beasts. It was last sealed within Rōshi of Iwagakure.
Isobu (磯撫, Isobu), more commonly known as the Three-Tails (三尾, Sanbi), is one of the nine tailed beasts It was last sealed within Yagura of Kirigakure, after being sealed in Rin Nohara as part of Kirigakure's plan to attack Konohagakure.
The Four-Tails eventually fell into the possession of Iwagakure and was sealed into Rōshi at a young age.
