While on the toilet, one must remain silent. Talking, and initiating or answering greetings are strongly discouraged. When defecating together, two men cannot converse, nor look at each other's genitals. Eating any food while on the toilet is forbidden.
Number 1, when entering the bathroom or the toilet, it is recommended to use the left foot as we go inside, and when leaving, to place the right foot out first. Number 2, if there is a possibility of someone else being there, the private parts should be covered and not exposed.
Sunnah of Ghusl
An optional alternate method as demonstrated by the Islamic prophet, Muhammad: Washing both hands up to the wrists. Wash the private parts and remove dirt or filth from the body (using your left hand). Perform wudu (ablution).
Squat toilets are used all over the world, but are particularly common in some Asian and African nations, as well as in some Muslim countries. In many of those countries, anal cleansing with water is also the cultural norm and easier to perform than with toilets used in a sitting position.
غُفْرَانَكَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذٰى وَعَافَانِي
Istinja is the Islamic term for the action of using water to clean oneself after urinating and/or defecating. Istinja is obligatory; this means removing whatever has been passed from the genitals or the rectum with water.

After defecating, the anus must be washed with water using the left hand, or if water is unavailable, with an odd number of smooth stones or pebbles called jamrah or hijaarah (Sahih Al-Bukhari 161, Book 4, Hadith 27). It is now more common to wipe with tissues and water.
Aside from being as clean (purified) as they are for prayer, male Muslims are expected to cut their nails, and trim their hair and beards. They must also not wear any scent, including deodorant.
To purify oneself after such an impurity, a Muslim is required to take a shower, called “ghusl.” A person needs to wash their entire body, from head to toe, including their hair.
According to the above discussion, in our opinion, touching private parts with the right hand is makruh tanzih and not prohibited. It is included in matters of manners and the restriction in the hadith is a form of guidance and education.

The Middle East
Squat toilets consist of a toilet bowel or pan that is at floor level. The toilet may have a water cistern to flush with or may have a bucket of water. Instead of toilet paper, most people in Middle Eastern countries use water to clean themselves after using the toilet.
It is reported in Sahih Muslim (SM) that one of the companions said that the Prophet (pbuh) told him, “Whenever you go to bed, perform ablution like that for the prayer, and lie on your right side” [SM 2710]. And then he asked him to say the night prayers before sleep.
Drink water while taking three breathing pauses.
It is prohibited to drink water in a single gulp, an act that we normally do when we are extremely thirsty. Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam) said, "Do not drink water only in one breath, but drink it in two or three breaths."
The Sunnah with regard to the removal of pubic hair is to shave it. In the case of armpit hair , the Sunnah is to pluck it, but if a person simply trims it, there is nothing wrong with that, but it is not what is best.
Scholars have also established various hadith that warn women not to wear perfume to the mosques for the same reason. In her house however, or in the company of family and her husband, or in the company of other women, she may wear any perfume she desires.

For Muslims, male circumcision is performed for religious reasons, mainly to follow the sunnah (practice) of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Moreover, there are attempts to label it as a contributor to cleanliness / personal hygiene. These are done largely to grant the practice scientific legitimacy and a moral foundation.
Activities that invalidate wudu include urination, defecation, flatulence, deep sleep, light bleeding (depending on madhhab), menstruation, postpartum and sexual intercourse.
Saying Subhan Allah, al-hamdulillah, Allahu akbar
When you go to sleep, glorify Allah (by saying Subhan Allah) thirty-three times, praise Allah (by saying Al-hamdu Lillah) thirty-three times, and magnify Him (by saying Allahu akbar) thirty-four times.” And I have never abandoned [that practice] since then.
