The Tree of Souls is a sacred site for the Omatikaya Na'vi clan and their closest connection to Eywa. At the center of a caldera-shaped enclave is a tall willow-like tree with long, bioluminescent tendrils and a large root system that radiates out.
The Tree of Souls (Na'vi name: Vitraya Ramunong) is a giant willow tree that is said to be the closest connection to Eywa on Pandora. As pointed out by Miles Quaritch, the tree is a point of extreme spiritual significance to the Na'vi, more so than any other point on Pandora.

Octoshrooms (Na'vi name: torukspxam meaning "last shadow fungus") are large mushroom-like organisms that live on Pandora. They are bioluminescent and extremely toxic. These fungi possess a giant underground filament network that enable them to feed.
