Venom's origins can be traced to a race of symbiotes from the planet Klyntar. These beings merge with hosts, and the combined entity tends to have a personality based on both the symbiote and the host itself, though sometimes one side or the other tends to dominate.
Almost the entirety of Klyntar was composed of symbiotes. The depiction of Klyntar in Venom: Space Knight, Poison-X, and Venomized conflicted with its portrayal in Guardians of the Galaxy, Venom: First Host, and Venom. This planet is not to be confused with Gorr's Homeworld or the Black World of Gorr.

Venom is a fictional character primarily voiced by Tom Hardy appearing in the Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU) media franchise, based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name.
Venom: Let There Carnage (2021)
As mentioned above, Venom 3 has been confirmed, but we're still waiting for an official release date. Sony has a busy couple of years ahead with its Spider-Man universe with the releases of Kraven the Hunter (January 13, 2023), Madame Web (July 7, 2023) and El Muerto (January 12, 2024) already confirmed.
The son of Carnage, Toxin, was believed to be the most powerful symbiote ever created. The raw power of Toxin was so great that he was feared even by the King in Black, Knull, creator and leader of the symbiotes.
This connection dates back to the beginning.
Venom may have recently served as a Guardian of the Galaxy, but it turns out there's an even more fundamental connection between these two Marvel franchises.
Instead, Spider-Man: No Way Home moved him back to Sony's universe, but the question remains: is Venom part of the MCU? The answer is no, but that's only for now, as the Symbiote is loose in the MCU's Earth-616. Venom originally came to the MCU as part of the multiverse in Venom 2's post-credits.
But again, Venom is a Marvel character whose story takes place in a distinct Marvel universe.
The full first appearance of Venom is in The Amazing Spider-Man #300 (May 1988), after the symbiote bonds with Eddie Brock.
The Life Foundation Symbiotes
Four of those symbiotes - Riot, Lasher, Phage and Agony - are grouped together here. Because they only appeared in a handful of Venom stories and never had much of a chance to stand out as individuals, it's tough to really rank one above another.
“Venom: Lethal Protector” (1993)
Eddie Brock as Venom is who most would consider the original character. Though the Venom symbiote was introduced in 1984, the 1993 limited series “Venom: Lethal Protector” was the first to explore Brock's history before he bonded with the symbiote.
Tom Hardy's Eddie Brock, the human host of the alien symbiote known as Venom, is the second big-screen depiction of the disturbingly tongued character and, practically by default, an improvement over the first.
However, when asked by the press about this rumor, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige played coy about Venom's inclusion in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In the post-credit scene of Venom: Let There Be Carnage, it was finally confirmed to fans that one of Parker's biggest villains had seemingly arrived in the MCU.
Type of Hero
Venom is an anti-hero in the Spider-Man franchise. He is one of Spider-Man's archenemies later turned rival. The name has belonged to several different hosts over the years, which means that Venom is indeed the identity of this particular alien Symbiote.
Brock is enveloped in a new white “Anti-Venom” symbiote when remnants of the Venom symbiote in his body merge with special antibodies (produced by his white blood cells) due to Li's Lightforce energy.
The Anti-Venom Symbiote (of Earth-616) is a white version of the symbiote that was attached to Eddie Brock as a result of a regular symbiote merging with his white blood cells.
Antivenom is traditionally made by collecting venom from the relevant animal and injecting small amounts of it into a domestic animal. The antibodies that form are then collected from the domestic animal's blood and purified. Versions are available for spider bites, snake bites, fish stings, and scorpion stings.
