Marvel Comics' new version of
Venom has achieved his final form as a symbiote god known as the Eventuality. The Venom symbiote has taken on many forms and hosts over the years with his brethren and offspring causing all kinds of mayhem.
Venom's ultra-powerful ax, which never received a proper name, has not been seen since the end of the King in Black event, perhaps because it is too powerful. The ax combined three of the most powerful forces in the Marvel Universe into one: the Enigma Force, Mjolnir and the Silver Surfer's surfboard.
At the very least, a red symbiote is naturally stronger than a black symbiote. What this means for symbiotes who sport a green, purple, or even yellow color is up in the air for now at least.
In addition, Venom has come out on top as the victor in many battles with Symbiotes like Carnage, Hybrid, and Scream (all of which are arguably more powerful than he is).
Venom has bonded with everyone from Deadpool to Captain Marvel, but the symbiote's most powerful host was inarguably the Void.
God of Light Venom is incredibly powerful, having the combined might of Enigma Force and Uni-Power. He was strong enough to defeat Knull easily and destroy his physical body.
Symbiotes like Venom are immensely powerful, possessed of great strength and endurance, but they also have two extremely common weaknesses: fire and sound. Numerous foes have used these to best Venom and other symbiotes, and Peter Parker even originally repelled the symbiote suit by exposing it to a tolling bell.
The bond between the Carnage symbiote and Kasady was stronger than the bond between Brock and the Venom symbiote. Cletus Kasady was also a serial killer and thought of as insane. As a result, Carnage is far more violent, powerful, and deadly than Venom.
Venom is also depicted as having spawned several children—Scream, Lasher, Phage, Agony, Riot, Mania, Sleeper, and most notably, Carnage, who becomes Venom's archenemy after being bound to serial killer Cletus Kasady.
Who would win in a fight between carnage and riot? Carnage does have more abilities, but was like a rampaging kid and Venom ate it to kill it. Riot was cunning, and was even able to rip Venom from Brock and would have eaten him if Brock didn't rebond with it.
The only truly foolproof weapon against Venom and his fellow symbiotes is the touch of Anti-Venom. Anti-Venom was born when a cancer-ridden Eddie Brock was healed by Mister Negative.
One such symbiote bonded with the psychopath Cletus Kasady, turning him into the twisted monster Carnage. This combination would prove to be a source of murderous chaos, even more than Eddie's Venom. His symbiote is corrupted and evolved, making Carnage even stronger than both Venom and Spider-Man.
Venom is strong, but there are levels between a monster and a god. Goku can fight toe to toe with guys like Jiren, who showed himself to be clearly the top fighter at the Tournament of Power. Simply put, Goku might be too much for Venom to handle in a very Biblical sense.
Alive for millennia, Thor has been fighting evil for a very long time and there are few who can match his skill. This is one of those fights where Venom just can't hurt Thor. He might be able to slow him down, but Thor's sheer might, combined with the power of Mjolnir, would be too much for Venom to handle.
Carnage. Perhaps the Marvel Universe's deadliest symbiote, Carnage debuted in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN (1963) #345. Shortly after spawning from Venom, the Carnage symbiote bonded to a serial killer named Cletus Kasady.
Venom is an alien symbiote that has had numerous hosts including Spider-Man, Eddie Brock, Mac Gargan, Flash Thompson, and in one reality at least, Deadpool. Deadpool and the current Venom, Flash Thompson are team-mates in the Thunderbolts.
Furthermore, Riot was more equipped for battle and proved to be stronger than Venom every step of the way. It wasn't until Eddie Brock and his symbiote combined their willpower to trick Riot that they secured their victory.
Carnage is Venom's offspring. That is why Carnage often calls him “Pops” or the like. Like a previous poster stated Venom feels responsible for Carnage and Carnage hates his “dad”.
Why is black Venom afraid of red Venom? It could be that in the universe of the Venom movies, this type of strong bond is already known among the symbiotes to result in stronger specimens. This could explain why Venom is so fearful of facing an enemy with a ruddy hue.
Carnage is Venom's son. Like most organic beings, Venom's race known as the Klyntar also reproduces and creates other symbiotes. Venom spawned an offspring while he was rescuing Eddie Brock from prison. The newborn symbiote bonded with Eddie's cellmate Cletus Kasady and became Carnage.
