Animagus. Lily's animagus form is a Doe, coupling with her husband, James Potter who is a Stag. Severus Snape's animagus is also a Doe.
Lily Potter sacrificed her life in order to protect her infant son, Harry from Lord Voldemort. This placed Harry under magical protection, so that when Voldemort cast the Killing Curse at Harry in turn, the spell backfired, leaving him unharmed (save for a lightning-shaped scar on his forehead) and Voldemort bodiless.
Lily was an animagus too, when Voldemort attacked, she transformed in front of him so that she could attempt to escape. Voldemort hit her with a spell which locked her in her form as a twisted way of leaving her alive for Snape. Harry never noticed but there was always an animal watching him as he grew up.
Albus Dumbledore indirectly stated that the Marauders never revealed to anyone, the Order of the Phoenix included, that three of them became Animagi until mid-1994, when Sirius Black told the entire story to him. It is unknown if Lily Evans knew it, but as she married James Potter, she supposedly did.
But the author also told The Leaky Cauldron's "PotterCast" podcast in 2007 that Voldemort tried to recruit Muggle-born Lily Potter, along with James, to join the group. She said it was established in "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" that, "He wanted them, and they wouldn't come over."
The reason why the sacrificial protection charm is invoked only when Lily attempts to save Harry, and not when James puts himself between Voldemort and his family, is the specific circumstances of each situation. James is destined to die, as Voldemort never gives him an option to save himself.
We can therefore presumably safely conclude that Lily was not noticeably pregnant at the time she died.
As a pack animal, or as a “lone wolf,” the wolf is a perfect fit for Harry's Animagus form.
Lily admires the way younger students look up to him. She loves the way he looks at her, his stare alone telling her how much he cares, like she has been his world long before either of them knew it. She loves the way he was her world too, he had been for a long time, she just hadn't realized it.
Lily Luna Potter (b. c. 2008) was an English half-blood witch, the youngest child and only daughter of Harry and Ginevra Potter (née Weasley). Lily had two older brothers, James Sirius and Albus Severus Potter.
The Patronus of Harry's mother, Lily Evans, took the form of a doe. Lily is never seen casting a Patronus in the "Harry Potter" books or films, but Rowling has noted her ability to produce a corporeal doe Patronus on multiple occasions.
Lily's Patronus was always a Doe and James Patronus changed into a Stag when they fell in love. So JK said that when Lily and James fell in love, one of their patronuses changed to match their mate.
While Dumbledore said he would protect the Potters, it was on the condition that Snape now worked for him as a double agent. Snape's love for Lily ran so deep that he agreed. When she was still murdered, he reluctantly decided that her death would not be in vain, and that he would protect her son.
Even with his efforts to protect her, Snape felt responsible for Lily's death at Voldemort's hands. Snape's memories then reveal that Dumbledore had impetuously tried to use the Gaunt ring, which had been cursed by Voldemort, and had been suffering from a powerful curse.
James and Lily were in the original Order of the Phoenix and therefore knew they were risking their lives in the war against Voldemort. Still, the Dark Lord's whole reason for trying to kill them all was to eliminate the threat posed by a certain prophecy.
Transfiguration and Animagi are different
For example: if Viktor Krum can transfigure his head into a shark's, like he does in Goblet of Fire, that doesn't mean he is an Animagus. Transfiguration is a form of spell-casting, whereas becoming an Animagus is forever. And yes, he could turn into a falcon. Lucky.
Following both ordeals, Ginny grew into a confident young woman. Her and her friends followed in the footsteps of a previous generation, completely unbeknownst to them, and became Animagi at the age of fourteen, to support their best friend, Maisie Cattermole. Ginny took the form of a grey mare.
Draco is not an animagus in the story. However, if he were to become one, I believe he would be a Siamese cat. His belief in his superiority and his snobbish manner line up with Siamese traits, but he, like the cats, loves his family deeply.
Usually people turn into Animagi who match their Patronus, so it is safe to assume Snape would be a doe. But based on his morals qualities, I'd say maybe some kind of prey bird; a crow would be the perfect match.
In the films, Hermione's Patronus is depicted as a European River Otter, and her Animagus form would most likely be the same animal, as confirmed by author J.K. Rowling.
And there is no question that Snape was a talented wizard, and that he could have become one if he had wanted to. But the fact is, there is not one single shred of evidence in Canon that Snape ever became an animagus.
Bellatrix used a powerful "love potion" on Voldemort and they have sex while he is temporarily obsessed with her. She then uses obliviate on him while he sleeps (you know, he falls asleep after his post-sex cigarette) and tells everyone that the baby is her and her husband's.
He's evil, and that's about all. There are no layers of complexity to his persona, unlike Dumbledore or even Draco Malfoy. We know that Voldemort was incapable of love. He did not love anyone, and did not care to be loved.
Arabella Lily Snape (born 12 June 1981) was a half-blood witch and was the only daughter of Professor Severus Snape and an unknown descendant of Slytherin. She attended Hogwarts from 1992 until her death in 1998.
