I was just rewatching OOTP, and I just realized that Sirius' last words to Harry before he died were "Nice one James!". I think that was quite a nice touch.
In the book, Fred's last lines are spent marveling over his estranged brother Percy joining them for the fight and cracking a joke. He's described as gleefully saying, "You actually are joking, Perce ... I don't think I've heard you joke since you were —" immediately before his death.
Last line of Harry Potter: “The scar had not pained Harry for 19 years. All was well.” There's a lot of controversy about this—the last line of Harry Potter—the epilogue that ends the Harry Potter series.
Not only did Sirius not commit the mass murder that he was imprisoned for, he was also sentenced to life without even having a trial thanks to Barty Crouch Sr.
Sirius Black (born November 3, 1959 - died June 18, 1996, aged 36), also known by his nickname Padfoot, is a major character from the Harry Potter series.
In the film, Bellatrix hit Sirius with the Killing Curse, Avada Kedavra, killing him before he passes through the Veil. In the book, the curse that hits Sirius is not identified, and his being knocked through the Veil is what causes his death.
Cedric Diggory
"Wands out, d'you reckon?" Before Robert Pattinson was an undead vampire, he was a golden boy wizard killed by a Voldemort henchman. His death proved one thing: that Voldemort wasn't messing around. Photo: Warner Bros.
Gallopin' gorgons. This phrase was first said by Hagrid in the Sorcerer's Stone when he realized he'd almost forgotten to send an owl to Dumbledore that he'd given Harry's Hogwarts acceptance letter.
In the movie, Dobby dies in Harry's arms from a fatal knife wound, and his last words were “Such a beautiful place, to be with friends.
In J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," Petunia Dursley says to Harry, "Take care of yourself... be... Actually, her NOT saying anything is perfectly in character.

90% here thinks he laughed because he simply lost it, he had a mental breakdown. Though some people believe Wormtail put a laughing charm on him after he blew up the street to make him laugh uncontrollably.
Yeah, so he basically screamed because he just lost his godfather, who was like his best friend, family, father, brother, and an adult who cares about Harry so much. They muted the scream because Harry was so heartbroken and I personally think it's better that way. In Harry Potter, why did Sirius Black have to die?
Sirius' death is a huge loss for Harry, and as we will see in the early part of the next book, he reacts by isolating himself. As he recovers from this blow, Harry realizes that Voldemort used his godfather to get to him, and he fears his friends will always be in mortal danger as long as Voldemort lives.
Harry learns how to perform Avada Kedavra from Barty Crouch Jnr (posing as Mad-Eye Moody) just weeks before the incident. This is the spell used to kill Cedric.
Dumbledore : SPOILER: Today we acknowledge a really terrible loss. Cedric Diggory was, as you all know, exceptionally hard working, infinitely fair-minded, and most importantly, a fierce, fierce friend. Therefore, I feel you have the right to know exactly how he died.
The exact quote surrounding Snape's last words is, "Look...at... me" he whispered. The green eyes found the black, but after a second, something in the depths of the dark pair seemed to vanish, leaving them fixed, blank, and empty.
The Killing Curse ('Avada Kedavra')
Obviously there's no coming back from this spell, and according to the Ministry of Magic's classifications (and, again, fake-Moody) this is the worst Unforgivable Curse.
Riddikulus
Riddikulus is the spell that's used when facing a Boggart, and it's used to turn the Boggart into something that the caster finds funny. While this is definitely a useful and necessary spell in this one situation, it's a rather weird idea.
Malfoy spots Harry and casts a Cruciatus curse; Harry, defending himself, using the Half-Blood Prince's Sectumsempra spell without knowing its effects. To his horror, it gashes Draco's face and chest, spilling his blood everywhere.
Bellatrix Lestrange Killed her own cousin, Sirius Black: She killed Sirius (who was her cousin) during the battle at the Department of Mysteries. She was remorseless and was cackling in glee after she had murdered Sirius.
The story of Sirius Black and Marlene McKinnon first began in their sixth year at Hogwarts. She was new and he was more than happy to make her feel welcome.
In the Harry Potter series, Bellatrix Lestrange used the spell "Avada Kedavra" to kill Sirius Black. It is implied to have been Stupefy, as that was the spell she had been firing most of the fight, as well as the spell that she had just fired at Sirius.
