The frequency range considered does not extend beyond 80 Hz, because at higher frequencies the body's response is influenced by so many factors, and as illustrated in Figure 6.3, whole body effects are associated with frequencies up to 80 Hz.
The important parts of the human body vibration frequency are generally located in about 3 Hz–17 Hz. According to the International Standard ISO 2631 in the vertical vibration of the human body, the sensitive range is located in 6 Hz–8 Hz.
The overall range of resonant frequencies was found to be from 9 to 16 Hz and independent of mass, height and mass to height ratio. The mean values (+/-1 s.e.) were 12.2 +/- 0.1 Hz for males and 12.8 +/- 0.2 Hz for females with an overall mean population value of 12.3 +/- 0.1 Hz.
Conclusion. Low-frequency (<20 Hz) or very high-frequency (>70 Hz) vibrations can be considered most dangerous for the human body. These vibrations can be found in vehicles (<20 Hz), in air transportation (0.2–7 Hz), or in heavy machine equipment (>20 Hz).
Higher frequencies/vibrations are associated with gratitude, love, joy, spending time in nature, sunshine, yoga, raw whole foods, beautiful music etc. Lower vibrations come from envy, jealousy, toxic people, toxic relationships, electronics, arguments, violence, junk food, drugs and alcohol, resentment, anger, etc.
