There were presumably no Hufflepuff Death Eaters (Hufflepuff House boasted of being the only house never to produce any Dark Wizards).
Officially, there are no Hufflepuff Death Eaters; however, despite being a member of The Dark Lord's close inner circle, it appears highly unlikely that at least one was not allied with him on the scale of 5 to 10% of the population actively working with him.
Most Death Eaters (aside from the Lestranges, Malfoys, Snape and Pettigrew) have unconfirmed houses, but there is one pseudo-death eater; Quirinus Quirrel, Ravenclaw, a guy who had Voldemort living behind his head for an entire school year.
