Upon discovering that she is pregnant, Quinn convinces Finn that he is the father, despite the fact that they never actually had sex. Quinn claims that Finn had prematurely ejaculated into her while they were making out in a hot tub.

Their relationship begins almost four months prior to Pilot and ends in the episode Sectionals when Finn finds out that Quinn has cheated on him with his best friend, Noah Puckerman, and that she is pregnant with his baby.
Later, it is revealed that Puck is the real father, but just he and Quinn know it. After a discussion between them, Quinn runs to her car, just to find Terri was waiting for her. They have a conversation about their pregnancies. Sectionals Rachel tells Finn that Puck is the real father of Quinn's baby.
The Quinn-Puck Relationship is the romantic relationship between Quinn Fabray and Noah Puckerman. They are also known as Quick. One night, Puck got Quinn "drunk" on wine coolers and they had unprotected sex leading to Quinn's pregnancy, a daughter whom Puck named Beth.

Violet is the daughter of Dr. Hamilton Finn and Hayden Barnes.
Jay & Bonnie Mertens are Finn and Roselinen's children in the Pillow World as seen in "Puhoy." They were raised by their parents and around their grandfather, Quilton, but never met their father's side of the family. They appear to be extremely close to their parents throughout the episode.
Prior to the start of Adventure Time, Finn was adopted as an infant by two anthropomorphic dogs named Joshua and Margaret, who found him in the woods. His best friend and adoptive brother Jake the Dog (John DiMaggio) accompanies him on many of his adventures in Ooo, the fictional world that the series is set in.
Stormo made his first appearance in the episode Goliad. He is Finn's Son (genetically by Finn's Hair Sample) and Princess Bubblegum created Stormo with a sample of Finn's Hair.
At the beginning of the series finale, "Dreams Come True", she is seen going to the New Directions competition to assist them. She does make it big on Broadway, marries Jesse, and becomes a surrogate mother to Kurt and Blaine's child.
She ended up not being pregnant, but it didn't stop fans from hoping that she'd get back together with Finn one day. After all, they were supposed to be “endgame,” as Finn told Rachel in Season 4 Episode 14, titled “I do” (watch the video below).
Emma leaves Will at the altar midway through the fourth season, but the two later reconcile and marry in the season finale. She becomes pregnant during the middle of the fifth season.
Santana (Naya Rivera) offers to take Finn's virginity, and Rachel and her boyfriend Jesse St. James (Jonathan Groff) also decide to have sex, leading to a dream performance of "Like a Virgin" between all three couples. Ultimately, Emma and Rachel do not go through with it, but Finn does have sex with Santana.
Reviewers have argued that she is either bisexual, non-binary, queer, lesbian, or a combination of some of the latter, as both live in a world where "sexuality is somewhat fluid". In the series finale of Adventure Time, "Come Along with Me", Bonnie and Marcy shared an on-screen kiss, confirming their relationship.
Santana is the first person that Finn ever slept with.
Flame Princess is Finn's girlfriend, in which he confirms by himself in "Puhoy" and her in "Vault of Bones" He first meets her at the end of the episode "Incendium." During the episode, Jake poses as Finn trying to court her because he believed that Finn, depressed after being rejected again by Princess Bubblegum, ...
Biography. Finn first got his flower hand in the episode "Escape from the Citadel," after his arm was ripped off by the grass sword and he fell into the water where some healing potion landed on his ripped off arm, causing a flower to grow there.
It seems that when Finn was a baby, Finn's parents left him in the forest (this could be a result of Finn's parents dying from The Great Mushroom War). He was then adopted by Jake's parents, however, it is unknown who Finn's real parents are.
Despite Quinn Fabray (Dianna Agron) having a strong connection to Finn Hudson (Cory Monteith), Agron was not asked to be back for the tribute for unknown reasons. Brittany (Heather Morris) was also not present as she had given birth shortly before shooting.
