The Incredible Hulk's
Whose healing factor is superior, Hulk or Wolverine? By and Large, the answer is Hulk. Wolverine's healing factor is amazing, one of the best in the business. There's a reason why people are always trying to compare his against others.
Like Deadpool and Wolverine – but way less publicized – the Hulk has the ability to grow entirely new tissue and heal from most wounds in just seconds.
Although Logan is more famous for his ability to heal, Marvel has finally confirmed that Sabretooth's healing factor is stronger than Wolverine's.
While he's famous for his beastly claws and manly sideburns, Wolverine's primary mutant power is his accelerated “healing factor.” His body can regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue faster than is possible for ordinary humans. Gash to his chest?
A lot of Marvel's finest heroes and most sinister villains find Deadpool to be annoying, but try as they might no one has yet succeeded in being able to kill him, and this is due to a healing factor that rivals that of even Wolverine.
However, Deadpool's healing factor goes a fair bit beyond Wolverine's, in that Deadpool's healing factor essentially prevents him from dying unless it is something catastrophic. Typically speaking, if Wolverine had an arm chopped off, he would not re-grow a new arm. Deadpool's powers do, in fact, do that.
He can regenerate entire limbs in a matter of minutes, and his body can quickly recover from injuries that would kill a normal person. This speed and strength of regeneration are what truly sets Deadpool apart from other Marvel characters with healing factors, like Wolverine or the Hulk.
The mutation that makes Wolverine worthy of the X-Men is that his cells regenerate at incredible speeds. He ages at a snail's pace, he can re-grow parts of limbs and organs after serious injury, and he is basically impervious to infection and disease.
Wolverine #1, the Hulk wasted little time before ripping Wolverine in two and tossing each half of his body in different directions. To survive, Wolverine's top half had to literally crawl until he located the bottom half and let his body come back from that one.
Bulletproof
Because of the thickness and strength of the Hulk's skin, it's nearly impossible for any form of artillery to hurt him. Sure, everyone's seen bullets bounce off of the Hulk, but when we say he's bulletproof what we really mean is he's BULLETPROOF.
Well, it turns out Bruce has his cousin Jennifer “Jen” Walters to thank for helping to heal his arm back to its full strength following its injury during the final battle with Thanos. Following their car accident, Bruce's blood got into Jen's system which gave her a lethal dose of gamma radiation.
Of course this is the Immortal Hulk we are talking about and no other Hulks. Hulk could potentially heal faster than Deadpool due to the whole angrier he gets the faster he heals things. But they are pretty much at the same level currently.
Despite the mutant's enhanced senses, the Hulk somehow sneaks up on him. Wolverine manages to do some damage, though, actually making the Hulk bleed.
His adamantium claws are one of the few weapons in the Marvel Universe that can consistently pierce Hulk's skin and Wolverine has no problem going for Hulk's head. In fact, if it came down to it, Wolverine could cut Hulk's head off, ending the Hulk once and for all.
Hulk's inability to break Wolverine and his adamantium claws isn't an indictment of the green monster's strength but more shows how strong Wolverine's metal-coated bones really are. If the Hulk can't snap his claws, then it's unlikely many other heroes or villains could do so, either.
Foreign Chemical Immunity: Wolverine's natural healing also affords him the virtual immunity to poisons and most drugs, except in massive doses.
Adamantium Poisoning Is Why Wolverine Lost His Healing Power In Logan.
Being crushed by a train is just one of the crazy things Wolverine has survived. Wolverine has suffered more than probably any other superhero. He's been shot at, stabbed, eaten by a Tyrannosaur Rex, and sustained a thousand other injuries that would kill the average man.
While Deadpool and Wolverine are both practically immortal because of their respective healing factors, the way the two abilities work within their bodies are very different.
If damaged, Juggernaut possesses a regenerative healing factor that enables him to completely regenerate with superhuman speed. For instance, he has been injured by Shatterstar's sword, and instantly healed.
The Incredible Hulk's healing factor is much stronger than Wolverine and Deadpool's, as the character can officially survive decapitation!
For one very specific and very hilarious reason, DC Comics' the Flash proves to have a better healing factor than Marvel Comics' Wolverine. The Flash and Wolverine couldn't be more different in terms of their power sets, with one relying on speed and agility while the other brute strength and rage-fighting.
Users. Wolverine: Wolverine is one of the most well known mutants with a healing factor that allows him to heal from even the most life threatening of wounds. It also has enabled him to be immune to most ailments and drugs, as well as allowing him to live more than over 100 years.
Hulk is said to be stronger because he's beaten Wolverine far more times than Wolverine has beaten him. Either way, these two are well-matched opponents.
