Andrew Rich was a character introduced in the Stranger Things novel Suspicious Minds. He was Terry Ives's boyfriend and the father of Eleven.
Dr. Brenner raised Jane under the "name" Eleven. Brenner built himself up as a father figure in the mind of Eleven and seventeen other child test subjects, making them refer to him as "Papa". Kali Prasad, also known as Eight, managed to escape the lab before September 8, 1979.
According to the Stranger Things novel Suspicious Minds, Eleven's real father has been identified as Andrew Rich, Terry Ives's old boyfriend. Terry Ives, portrayed by Aimee Mullins, has been confirmed as Eleven's biological mother.
Realizing he had tremendous psychic power, he haunted his family with visions before ultimately killing most of them. His father was framed for the murders and locked away in a mental hospital as a disturbed serial killer. Henry then found himself in the care of Brenner, who decided he wanted more kids like the boy.
Terry becomes pregnant over the course of her participation in MKUltra by her adoring boyfriend, Andrew, who gets kicked out of school because of protesting. But Terry doesn't find out that she's carrying a child until after Andrew is drafted into the army.
Eleven has a memory during this episode and realizes that 001/Henry Creel (Jamie Campbell Bower) wants her to join him on his evil journey, and she banished him to the Upside Down. 001 then transformed into Vecna, the horrifying Stranger Things villain.
So, Dr. Brenner waited for One to get older to make him breed with Terry Ives to create Eleven—to make sure that she was the strongest, and clearly, she is." Yep.
We know Eleven was born in 1971, which means her mom got pregnant with her during the tests, sometime in 1970. A 1959 flashback in the mid-season 4 finale reveals a 12-year-old One (Jamie Campbell Bower). That puts One, a.k.a. Vecna, as 24 when Eleven was born.
Birth and early life. Henry Creel was born in 1947 to Victor and Virginia Creel, and had an older sister by three years named Alice.
Provided he actually ages in the Upside Down, Vecna could be in his late 30s in 1986, the year that Stranger Things season 4, volume 1 takes place. Vecna became a monster seven years prior, when Eleven defeated the adult Henry Creel, a.k.a. Number One, at Hawkins Lab and he became banished to the Upside Down.
Vecna successfully stole Eleven's powers when controlling the Mind Flayer in Stranger Things' season 3 ending, which finally allowed him to emerge stronger than Eleven and enact his plan to take over Hawkins with the Upside Down.
Vecna was the original child studied by Dr. Brenner and the son of Victor Creel. He's the infamous Number One, but had his powers blocked and worked as an aide in the Hawkins National Lab.
Brenner is Henry Creel's biological father, then u/OH1523 takes u/SLGHammr's hypothesis one step further: Henry is Eleven's biological father, making Dr. Brenner and Virginia Creel her grandparents. We know Henry was born in 1947 and showed signs of telekinetic powers growing up.
Remember also that we have evidence that powers can be inherited -- El inherited her powers from Terri Ives, for example. So it stands to reason that Henry inherited his powers from one of his parents.
Martin Brenner (played by Matthew Modine) was portrayed as a villain. He was the realistic counterpart to the Demogorgon and its fantastical evil endeavors.
The project was conceived in response to Eleven losing access to her psychokinetic abilities, and was designed to reactivate her powers via an experimental prodecure. Brenner and Owens wished to use Eleven's abilities to stave off the continued existential threat posed by the Upside Down.
"I walked up to her [as Vecna] and she burst into tears. She wouldn't look at me and she was visibly just disgusted by the whole thing... After she cried and I made it obvious that she knew it was me, one of the things she said was that, 'I knew it was you when I could smell cigarettes,' because I'm a smoker."
While intending to get his revenge on Eleven and Brenner, Vecna also goes after victims who have dealt with traumatizing experiences in the past (reminiscent of his childhood and his time at the Hawkins lab).
"Rainbow" signifies what was on the door to the room where she, presumably, saw a toddler-aged Eleven at Hawkins Lab, and "three to the right, four to the left" refers to the combination of the safe she opened in order to get the gun to bring to the lab. And sadly, "450" is the amount of volts of electricity that Dr.
Linnea Berthelsen (born 13 July 1993) is a Danish actress of Indian descent, who is best known for her recurring role as Kali, also known as Eight, the sister of Eleven in the second season of the science-fiction horror Netflix original series Stranger Things.
She explains in season 2 that she escaped the lab once her powers had become strong enough. In season 4, Peter Ballard notes that Kali was no longer at the lab in 1979. Given Kali's powers, it seems pretty self-explanatory as to how she was able to escape the lab.
