Inosuke Hashibira A young boy who was raised by his mother Kotoha Hashibira for a short time until she was murdered by a demon, later revealed as Upper Rank Two, Doma of the Twelve Kizuki. After she sacrificed herself to save his life, he was raised by wild boars, and then taught to read and write by an old man.
It is confirmed in the Volume 23 extras that Inosuke and Aoi did eventually end up together and that they have two great-grandsons, one of which is Aoba.
Inosuke Hashibara was born to Kotoha Hashibira and an unnamed father. His father was abusive, as well as his grandmother, which is why Kotoha ran away from them with Inosuke while he was still a baby.
Although Inosuke refuses to acknowledge that he has met him before, Doma explores his memories and reveals that he met Inosuke when he was a child, and was responsible for killing his mother, causing Inosuke to fill with hatred and engage in combat with the Demon.
History. Kotoha gave birth to Inosuke at the age of 17 or 18 and was in an abusive relationship with Inosuke's father, as well as with her mother-in-law who bullied her on a daily basis.

Tanjuro Kamado was the name of Tanjiro Kamado's father. He passed away before the event of the main story of the Demon Slayer. It is not mentioned how long Tanjuro had passed before the story, but in several flashback scenes, we can see him interacting with a younger Tanjiro.

Muzan himself never thought highly of Daki and didn't reciprocate her devotion whatsoever, only ever talking to her to sweetly manipulate her into defeating Demon Slayers on his behalf.
Akaza was also one of Muzan's favorite demons out of all his subordinates. The reason behind this is Akaza's extreme loyalty to his master. The Upper Rank Three demon was always sent away on special missions, something the Upper Rank 1 and 2 were often denied of.
The warrior Muzan feared was a swordsman named Yoriichi Tsugikuni. Yoriichi was the only slayer before Tanjiro who came close to killing Muzan, and the flashback of their fight occurred in Chapter 187. Yoriichi encountered Muzan and Tamayo in a bamboo forest, where the two engaged in combat.
The only Demon he despises the most is the Upper Rank Two: Doma. It is quite a shocker that the second most potent Demon in the Demon Slayer is not Muzan's favorite.
Anne was originally planned to be Muzan`s older sister, who died by the hand of a Demon Slayer but that idea was scrapped, as the author knew practically nothing about Muzan`s early life. Instead, Anne became his wife, by which he had two children.

Zenitsu, too, wanted to become a Hashira along with Tanjiro and Inosuke to make his Grandpa proud. He was the one who took Zenitsu in when he had nowhere to go after being conned out of all his belongings.
Yae ( 八 や 重 え , Yae?) is a young woman who joins Giyu Tomioka on his travels in Giyu Tomioka's Story after her father Matazo transforms into a demon.
The flashback also reveals that Yoriichi had a twin brother named Michikatsu Tsugikuni, who became a Demon Slayer but later turned into a demon and became Upper Moon One, Kokushibo.
