Apart from his mother, Ben Solo became the first apprentice of his uncle Luke Skywalker, and proved to be the most gifted student of the Jedi Master. In 15 ABY, prior to his tenth birthday, Solo decided he would begin his Jedi training and joined Skywalker's initiative to restore the Jedi Order.
Well, I completely forgot about this, but in Marvel's Star Wars: The Rise of Kylo Ren comic book, it's confirmed that Ben Solo, the son of Han and Leia, was Luke's first student, which obviously means that Grogu will most likely choose his friend, which seems like the most likely choice for the character.
Luke Skywalker took on multiple students for training, including Leia Organa, and Rey. Apprentices Voe, Hennix, and Tai studied alongside Ben Solo at Luke's Jedi Temple. Rey was later mentored in the ways of the Force by Leia in a Padawan-like relationship.

Luke went into hiding after his nephew and apprentice, Ben Solo, turned to the dark side and became Kylo Ren, a warlord of the tyrannical First Order and its leader, Snoke.
Billaba became Windu's Padawan and trained under the Jedi Master in the ways of the Force. During her training, Windu allowed her to study Form VII variant known as Vaapad. She eventually became a Jedi Knight, renowned for her skills with a lightsaber and favored Form III when teaching other Jedi.
In the legends, Luke had several love interests cross his path. Undoubtedly, his greatest love was with a character named Mara Jade. Mara is a strong character as a part of the expanded universe of the Star Wars Legends series of novels.
Yoda in his self-imposed exile, decided not to wield a lightsaber anymore. Skywalker offers the lightsaber to Grogu. After Yoda's death in 4 ABY, the lightsaber with its accompanying storage box ended up in the possession of Yoda's last Jedi apprentice, Luke Skywalker.
Even though Kylo Ren uses a red lightsaber, harnesses the dark side of the Force, and wears a cape, he is not a Sith. Because of that, he can never hold the title of Darth. Instead, he was just a chaotic mess of the dark side (until he eventually found his way back to the light).

While fans don't know the state of Grogu's well-being in the sequel trilogy, his ties to Mandalore might explain why Kylo Ren doesn't kill him. It's likely Grogu stays with Din Djarin and the Mandalorians, and never returns to embark on his training with Luke.

Snoke Is Not a Sith Lord
