If you can dodge an attack that has the equal or surpassing the speed of light, you prove that you are faster than light. Goku was FTL in early dragon ball Z, where as Naruto proved that he was FTL when he dodged Madara' sage art: light fang attack, which is conformed to have the speed of light.
Goku is the Winner
Dragon Ball fights tend to occur on the planetary scale, meaning that the characters in question could blow up the very world they're fighting on without much effort at all. Conversely, Naruto characters have never displayed this level of power.
According to Daizenshuu 7, which provides power levels up to the Frieza Arc, Super Saiyan Goku's power level is 150 million. This means that by the time Goku fights Frieza, he can travel 334,821,428.6 mph -- roughly half the speed of light, which is 670.6 million MPH.
Jiren is a protagonist from Dragon Ball Super who is widely regarded as one of the most powerful fighters in the Dragon Ball universe. Many fans consider Jiren to be stronger than Goku based on the exceptional abilities and feats that he demonstrated in the Tournament of Power arc.
Not by any chance. Goku is one of the most powerful anime character and Kakashi is not even in top 50 powerful characters. The only advantage Kakashi have is more intelligence than Goku. But it will not matter if he's going against an anime God.
Kakashi may be a Kage-level ninja, but he no longer has his Sharingan, which means that he wouldn't be able to keep up with Goku for very long. Even if he did have his Sharingan, Ultra Instinct Goku's speed and reflexes would be too much for Kakashi to handle.
Thus, unless a new ability is introduced, Goku in his Mastered Ultra Instinct state can defeat an Otsutsuki, which effectively means he could defeat Boruto if the two protagonists were to fight.
Goku is incredibly powerful. Pre Super Saiyan Goku might be a big challenge for Madara. But at a level of Super Saiyan or higher Madara is no match for Goku.
4 Naruto Wins: He's Smarter Than Goku
Since Goku is excessively strong, he defeats his enemies using his strength. He never has to use his brains, which is a special disadvantage seeing how he always begins fights by underestimating his opponents.
Goku will be able to wipe out the entire Shinobi force even without having to rely on his Ki abilities. Genjutsu will not work on him because of the mental fortitude that Image Training creates, and with just his fist, Goku will be able to wipe the entirety of the Narutoverse.
Goku has much greater stats, power, forms, and combat experience/skills, but SpongeBob has much better abilities, arsenal, and hax's that he can win in many scenarios himself.
Indeed, Goku has been beaten countless times, and it's usually actually a tradition to have him lose against an arc villain before training and getting powerful enough to defeat our villain once and for all.
Later, Goku and Vegeta displayed the ability to transform into this form at will with its full capacities and no known time limit, to which (in the manga) was noted to possesses a power greater than a Super Saiyan Blue at less than 10% power. In his Super Saiyan God state, he is a match for Hit at full power.
Flash might be the fastest man alive but he's no match for Goku. But being slower is what will likely save him if they ever met on the battlefield. A fight between DC's Flash and Dragon Ball's Goku would last only a matter of seconds based on their incredible speeds, but the outcome likely wouldn't be what fans expect.
In short, Goku's biological age is reduced to 39 years. Vegeta also mentions that Saiyan's aging is slowed down when they reach their prime, so Goku is expected to stay the same for the next 50 to 60 years.
Goku's power level at the first rank of Super Saiyan blows Deku's cowling away already granting Goku about 5o times his base power and with no real risk to Goku's body.
Combined with forms like Ultra Instinct and Goku's training under Whis, his speed has only grown more incredible. Thanos, meanwhile, has no such speed in his arsenal. While he can certainly move quickly, it's nothing compared to Goku, who can surpass time-stoppers like Hit.
In terms of speed, power, and durability, Superman and Goku (in SSJ2) are pretty much even. However, Goku's martial arts training gives him an edge against Superman. Superman might have gotten some training as well, but it has not been covered or written about as extensively as Goku's. I would say it is about 50-50.
