The Head of Hufflepuff is Pomona Sprout and the Fat Friar is the House's patron ghost. Hufflepuff corresponds roughly to the element of earth, and it is for that reason that the House colours were chosen: yellow represented wheat, while black was emblematic of soil.
Filius Flitwick is the Charms Master at Hogwarts and the head of Ravenclaw house. He is a very short, dwarf-like man.

The Heir of Ravenclaw was an individual prophesized by the centaur Harmonthrep (Ajrand) to bring honor and glory to the House of Ravenclaw. The Heir of Ravenclaw was in time revealed to be Brian Dumbledore (Ajrand).
Mad-Eye Moody is a Hufflepuff.
Sirius bucked the trend in the Black family by being sorted into Gryffindor as opposed to Slytherin, like the rest of his family.
Harry is the magical Heir of Gryffindor (and he's also a descendent of Godric), Neville of Hufflepuff, Hermione of Slytherin and Luna of Ravenclaw.

Credit: Warner Bros. After playing the character Draco Malfoy across eight Harry Potter films, actor Tom Felton recently discovered that he was not a Slytherin at heart. According to his official "Wizarding Passport" from the Wizarding World website, Felton is actually a Hufflepuff.

She could be Daphne Greengrass, Tracey Davis, or an unnamed Slytherin girl. The girl was played by Chloe Rich in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.
Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) - Slytherin
Though it is Hufflepuff that is the house best known for loyalty, once a Slytherin's affection is earned, they can be incredibly faithful.
Tony Stark (Iron Man): Ravenclaw
With an entire identity built on intelligence, it is hard not to picture Tony (Robert Downey Jr.) as a Ravenclaw. Nevertheless, what ultimately makes him one is his perfectionistic nature and wit. His thought process is enviably rapid—he thinks fast, efficiently, and accurately.
Garrick Ollivander
An exceptionally talented Ravenclaw wizard, Ollivander is widely regarded as the finest wandmaker the world has ever seen. His success lies in his ability to marry the right wand wood with the right core, and help match the wands to their ideal owners.
Slytherins and Hufflepuffs share a bond that is nothing short of being platonic soulmates. Hufflepuffs are the only ones patient enough to really get to know someone without any judgment.
Upon their arrival at Hogwarts, the Sorting Hat placed Snape and Lily into Slytherin and Gryffindor Houses, respectively.

In Harry Potter canon, Draco is consistently antagonistic towards Harry. Though the Prince of Slytherin Draco initially clashes with Harry in Year 1, they are eventually able to maintain a solid friendship.
