Jedi Master Yoda is the most powerful of them all. This should come as no surprise, as he was the head of the Jedi Order in the prequels and was revered for his abilities during the original trilogy.
Anakin Skywalker was stronger in the Force and more gifted than most of his peers. If there was ever a knock against him, it's that he could not give up attachment… something that drove him to the Dark Side. That aside, there's no denying his place as one of the greatest Jedi in Star Wars.
Obi-Wan Kenobi
As a Jedi, his loyalty has no bounds. He is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that his mission is complete and Luke is safe. When he dies, he continues to guide Luke as a spirit, showing that his loyalty remains true even years after his death.
Arguably, some of the rarest types of Jedi were the so-called Iron Knights. These are members of the Shards species - crystals with a brain of their own. They were Force-sensitive and all trained under the tutelage of Jedi Master Aqinos. The Shards had droid bodies, similar to that of General Grievous.
Master Yoda has risen above all others to claim the top spot as the most powerful Jedi of all time and the true chosen one according to IGN's audience. He won pretty handily as well, as he was victorious in 89,756 of his 95,243 battles and had a win percentage of 94.2%.

Obi-Wan Kenobi's first loyalty was to the Jedi High Council and the Order itself, and in many ways, he's the ideal Jedi. He was selfless, and never displayed ego. He was a superior fighter, having bested the Sith Darth Maul, and General Grievous.
Yoda was a wise, experienced, and powerful Grand Master of the Jedi of an unknown species and the oldest known prophet in existence (having lived at least 900 years), considered the wisest and most powerful Jedi Master within the Star Wars universe.
Yoda was a legendary Jedi Master and stronger than most in his connection with the Force. Small in size but wise and powerful, he trained Jedi for over 800 years, playing integral roles in the Clone Wars, the instruction of Luke Skywalker, and unlocking the path to immortality.
Obi Wan is one of the most powerful Jedi to have ever lived. He is the best defensive duelist in galactic history according to Mace Windu and numerous factbooks. He had a low sensitivity to the force but mastered it to his fullest potential worshiping the force as opposed to bending it to his will.
Luke Skywalker
He destroyed the Death Star, brought Darth Vader back to the light, became one of the most powerful Jedi of all time, trained Leia, trained Rey, and saved the Resistance from complete and utter destruction in a heroic final act.
Jedi Guardian
The Guardian is the Soldier of the Jedi classes, with the same high Vitality per level and the most Feats. Due to these strengths, the Guardian shines in Lightsaber combat, but also has the lowest amount of Force points to spend.
Purple itself is considered the most powerful lightsaber color in the Star Wars galaxy. Very few Jedi have ever wielded a lightsaber of this color. The only two people known to have wielded a purple lightsaber are Mace Windu and Darth Revan in the past.
Within the Star Wars Legends continuity, Yoda's Jedi instructor was N'Kata Del Gormo, a Hysalrian Jedi Master, according to an in-universe legend.
Yoda is widely revered as the wisest Jedi and stronger than most in his connection with the Force. During his incredibly long lifespan, he trained generations of Jedis, ultimately serving as the Grand Master of the Jedi Council.
Over the next decade, the galaxy was on the verge of civil war with entire star systems—led by Count Dooku, Yoda's one-time Padawan—threatening to secede from the Republic by 22 BBY.
After nine-hundred years, Grand Master Yoda of the Jedi Order died from illness and old age.
