That woman, now vampire, is Jenny – who returns 15 years later in Supernatural's series finale as the leader of the nest of vampires who kill Dean Winchester.
After Veritas revealed that Sam was lying, even under her power, Sam admitted that he let Dean get turned into a vampire as he knew about the cure and that they could turn Dean back.
Boris later sees Dean in an alley and, after telling him he's pretty, he attacks and feeds him his blood, turning Dean into a vampire.
Benny was a vampire in season 8 of the TV show Supernatural. He was turned into the ancient one known as "The Old Man". He is the ally to Dean Winchester and Castiel when the three heroes been trapped in Purgatory.
Strongest: Alpha Vampire
One of the strongest vamps on the show was the Alpha vampire, the father of all the vampires who roamed the earth.

and his army of archangels. She was only unleashed on the Earth after Rowena removed the Mark of Cain from Dean. The Darkness is considered to be the most powerful entity to ever exist by most of the Supernatural universe.
This is reconfirmed in the Supernatural finale when Sam's soul ascended into Heaven and materialized next to Dean's soul, making him the first person he interacted with in the afterlife. The brothers are unique in that they are the only soulmates who are family rather than spouses.
During his time as a demon, Dean also possessed the ability to easily regenerate from wounds and as his corrupted soul was possessing his own body, he was exempt from exorcisms that plagued other demons.
He became the meat suit for the Archangel Michael…with a twist, of course. It's not the Michael that wanted to go head-to-head with his brother, Lucifer, all those years ago. No, this is the Michael from the apocalypse world.
Later, when Edgar visits a half-vampire Alan, seeking his help in hunting down the Alpha Vampire, it is revealed that Edgar had in fact killed Sam during the post-credits scene of the previous film (confirming that Sam had become a full fledged vampire, and not a half-vampire).
The Alpha Vampire was the very first vampire and progenitor of all other vampires. He was one of the Alpha monsters captured and interrogated by Crowley and Castiel in their efforts to locate Purgatory. He escaped Crowley's prison and set up a new nest in North Dakota, and then Montana.
Castiel's handprint was the scar on Dean's shoulder. The scar was an after-effect of Castiel rescuing Dean from Hell.
Dean, though, had no plans to forgive Sam or even hear him out. Dean decided he didn't want to stick around the brother who was being shunned by the rest of the world and abandoned Sam. Dean didn't even consider how he was the first one to break Lucifer's seals and Sam didn't hold it against him back then.
Dean wasn't just angry for Castiel's role in bringing the worst out of God, as his main anger came from the idea that Castiel was responsible for the death of Mary. Making things worse was when Castiel killed the traitor Belphagor, which led to Rowena having to sacrifice herself.
Sam has all the advanced abilities of a vampire elder, but he seems to possess even stronger abilities than a typical vampire elder as he is the last elder chosen by the Dark One.
Before dying, John tells Dean, if he can't save Sam, he'll have to kill him, should he become evil.
Emma Winchester is the daughter of Dean Winchester and Lydia. She is an Amazon warrior, trained to kill her father, but she refuse to go through it and was accepted by her family. She is very close to Cassandra.

When Dean had first met Ben Dean considered the possibility that Ben might actually be his son. Lisa confirmed to Dean that Ben wasn't his son and his similarities to him was due to her 'type' that she hooked up with that Dean had fallen under.
Sam's supernatural abilities are the result of him being fed Azazel's demon blood while he was an infant. Sam exhibits signs of precognition throughout the first season, manifesting as dreams of others' deaths and later as visions.
But I cared about the whole world because of you. You changed me, Dean. I love you... Goodbye, Dean." In other words, he confirms that he was always romantically in love with Dean.
In Supernatural's series finale, Dean Winchester died on a hunting job, but his soul eventually ended in Heaven. Some fans were happy to see a proper conclusion for Dean Winchester's story, while others argued that he deserved better.
Jack and Billie were once key to God's defeat, but their importance diminished when the Empty absorbed Jack's explosion. Strangely, "Inherit The Earth" reverts back to the original plan, making Jack (directly) and Death (indirectly) responsible for beating God.
