Usopp remains to be the weakest member of the Straw Hat Pirates. In Wano, the vast majority of the members of the Straw Hat crew received good power-ups. However, Usopp was one of the members who did not receive any power-up and thus is lagging behind.
Usopp has a bounty of 500 million berries, however, his skill isn't up to the mark just yet. Out of all the Officers of the Straw Hat Pirates, he is the weakest.
Sanji's obsession with lust has made him an unreliable crewmate. He has attempted to defect from Luffy's group on two separate occasions.
According to One Piece author Eiichiro Oda, Usopp is the weakest member of the crew. However, he is not a powerless individual overall. Having inherited his father Yasopp's marksmanship skills, he combines those abilities with his slingshot, equipped with special ammunition, to be an effective long-range fighter.
Zoro is the second-strongest member of the crew and that will most likely always be the case in the story. After defeating Kaido's strongest underling, King, Zoro was recognized as the strongest commander of the crew.
Luffy. There is no doubt that Luffy is the strongest and most powerful Straw Hat Pirate in existence. Luffy has always been considered one of the best fighters in all of One Piece, something that he proved more than once during the Land of Wano arc.
While One Piece has many superb side characters, Big News Morgans just proved why he is the best of them by betraying Luffy and his crew. This may not seem like an action that would endear Morgans to One Piece's fans, but his reasons for doing this give him a delightful layer of complexity.
Sir Crocodile was the main antagonist of the Alabasta arc of the series and the first Shichibukai that Luffy took down. Crocodile is easily one of the most difficult fights that Luffy has ever fought as he lost to him twice. In fact, Luffy would've died both the times had luck not been on his side.

However, the kindest Straw Hat Pirate is undoubtedly the ship's doctor, Tony Tony Chopper. One of the most telling reasons for his earning the top spot came during the Onigashima Raid, when Queen unleashed the Ice Oni plague.

Brook is by far the oldest member of the Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece. Technically speaking, this musician died when he was 38. However, he had a Devil Fruit that resurrected him.
