While Jango survived the encounter, he faired less successfully against Jedi Master Mace Windu on Geonosis. The expert swordsman beheaded Boba's father, an act that spawned a lifelong hatred of Jedi in the child.
The Clone Wars
A hologram of Fett appears in the following episode, "ARC Troopers". In a three-episode story arc comprising "Death Trap", "R2 Come Home", and "Lethal Trackdown", Boba Fett works with fellow bounty hunters to exact revenge against Mace Windu for the latter killing his father.
The Death Watch leader, Tor Vizsla, tortured and later killed the elder Fett for harboring the current Mand'alor and leader of the True Mandalorians, Jaster Mereel; Fett's son Jango was rescued by Mereel and his soldiers, but his wife was later killed, and his daughter Arla kidnapped by the Death Watch.
Shortly following this, Vanth was visited by Djarin, who asked him to assist Daimyo Boba Fett in his war against the Pykes. After Djarin left, Vanth was shot by Cad Bane, who told the inhabitants of Freetown that if the spice trade continued, they would remain unharmed.
Fett revealed that he was hired by Tyranus. Fett later took part in the first battle of the Clone Wars, the Battle of Geonosis, where he was killed by Jedi Master Mace Windu.
Mission to Mathas. Padawan Windu was trained in the ways of the Force by Jedi Master Cyslin Myr. Following his early trials as a youngling, Windu attained the status of Padawan by becoming Jedi Master Cyslin Myr's apprentice.
Is Grogu Yoda? According to the events of "The Mandalorian" so far, Grogu and Yoda are not the same character. They are simply from the same species. The name of this species has never been revealed since "Star Wars" creator George Lucas wanted to give Yoda a sense of mystery.
Cobb Vanth : And who might you be? Cad Bane : Whatever Fett is paying you, we'll match, and all you've got to do is stay put and let things play out.
Instead, The Book of Boba Fett's post-credits scene revealed Cobb Vanth, alive and healing from Cad Bane's blaster shot. If the scene had ended there it would have been enough to know Vanth still has a future in the franchise.
But barely, at least according to his final scene in the series. The people of Freetown largely still believed their marshall wasn't coming back during the final showdown with the Pykes. However, Chapter 7's post-credits scene revealed that Vanth, much like Fennec Shand, was still alive.
Ailyn Vel was a near-Human bounty hunter, the daughter of Boba Fett and Sintas Vel and the granddaughter of Jango Fett. When Ailyn was just a baby, her father, Boba, was forced to leave her and her mother. By the time she was sixteen, her mother disappeared, leaving her alone.
Sintas Vel was a female Kiffar from the planet Kiffu, who became a bounty hunter at a young age. It would be during her career as a bounty hunter that Sintas would meet fellow bounty hunter Boba Fett, whom she fell in love with and later married when she was eighteen years old.
The keeper explains that this rancor is a “calf” and that it will imprint on the first human he sees. This leads to a surprisingly touching moment in which Boba Fett becomes the first person the rancor calf lays eyes on.
Who is Cad Bane? Cad Bane (voiced by actor Corey Burton) is the wily, sharp-shooting Duros bounty hunter who is hired by the Pyke Syndicate to help wipe out Boba Fett and take control of Tatooine in order to further their interest in the Spice trade. Bane is tall and thin, with blue skin and red eyes.
Krrsantan was a bounty hunter who the Twins hired to assassinate Boba Fett. Krrsantan executed a plan to do this, becoming a villain to Fett.
Princess Leia Organa, who had been subjected to the humiliation of being one of Jabba's slave girls, used the chain that bound her to strangle the Hutt. His body was consumed by the flames that exploded from his sail barge as the Rebels raced for freedom.
Cad Bane makes his first chronological appearance in the season two premiere, in which he is hired by Darth Sidious to steal a Holocron from the Jedi Temple. He obtains the Holocron and the Kyber memory crystal needed to unlock it, killing Jedi Master Bolla Ropal in the process.
Born on the planet Duro around 62 BBY, Cad Bane eventually became a bounty hunter. During the early stages of his career, Bane was briefly mentored by fellow bounty hunter Jango Fett. He came to owe Fett several favors as well, but he never ended up paying them back.
As the clip ends, Boba looks to have survived, as Bane's shot hit him right in his helmet, creating the iconic dent seen in the Original Trilogy of Star Wars films. While Bane was shot as well, The Bad Batch has confirmed that he would live on (albeit with a metal plate in his head).
Cad Bane was born in 62 BBY and died in 9 ABY, making him 71 years old at the time of his death. Cad Bane was originally set to appear in an unused Clone Wars arc set on Tatooine teaming up with Boba Fett on a "rescue mission".
After he was stabbed, Boba Fett walks away and you can hear beeping coming from Cad Bane's chest. People are speculating that the beeping is either a heart monitor that did not end, or its a transponder that went off, alerting Cad Bane's trusty droid Todo 360 to come and rescue him.
Like his Legends counterpart, The Book of Boba Fett all but confirms that the sarlacc's stomach acid left Fett with long-term physical damage, requiring him to periodically immerse himself in bacta healing fluid.
It was believed that Grogu would eventually become a victim of Kylo Ren's destruction of Luke's Jedi Order. However, The Book of Boba Fett revealed that Grogu chose to follow the Way of the Mandalorian rather than become a Jedi, sparing him from Kylo Ren's wrath.
Who Saved Grogu From Order 66? As depicted in "Chapter 20: The Foundling," Grogu was rescued from the attack on the Jedi Temple by Jedi Master Kelleran Beq. Beq completed the daring escape that got Grogu to safety, then escaped the attack with his life.
