2 Winner: Itachi Uchiha
He was able to defeat Kabuto in battle and even made him cancel the Edo Tensei. Once again, Itachi did this without taking any credit and saved the world from the shadows, like always.
"Kabuto Yakushi" (薬師カブト, Yakushi Kabuto) is episode 336 of the Naruto: Shippūden anime.
He never really died, but like stayed by Itachi in order to get out of the genjutsu you must accept and learn from mistakes. After Kabuto got out of the genjutsu it was shown that he was able to go back to his family.
4 He Kills Nono While On A Root Mission
As a child, Kabuto's village was destroyed, and he was left without memories of his life due to a head injury. Nono, who worked at a Konoha orphanage, found him.
Orochimaru. The Legendary Sannin was the main villain of Naruto for the bulk of the storyline. Orochimaru was a snake-like creature that desired more than anything to destroy his hometown, the Leaf Village.
Gaara fights Deidara to protect the village, but is defeated. The members of the Akatsuki then kidnap him and extract Shukaku from his body. Gaara dies in the process but an elder from the village named Chiyo sacrifices her own life to revive him.
Kabuto was instrumental in the war due to his activating the Impure Resurrection, reviving many dead shinobi including Madara to face down the Shinobi Alliance. Kabuto eventually faced down Sasuke and a revived Itachi, who had managed to free himself from Kabuto's control.
Kabuto was hugely responsible for the Fourth Great Ninja War which saw tens of thousands of shinobi lose their lives. In the end, however, he was redeemed quite strangely by Kishimoto. Kabuto ended up saving Sasuke's life but should never have turned good, to begin with.
As for why Kabuto chose to heal Hinata, it must've simply been because he wanted to. Shortly before he noticed Hinata's discomfort, Kabuto remarked to himself that Naruto's match was just the entertainment he needed before pulling off the monumental task that was crushing the Leaf Village.
Naruto uses his power to restore Obito's life to help fight Kaguya. Obito dies while shielding Naruto and Kakashi from Kaguya's attack; however, he thanks Naruto for reminding him of his true self.
When the Akatsuki leader, Pain, invades Konoha, Kakashi engages him in battle, and dies from exhausting all his energy.
Naruto managed to defeat him with the Rasengan, but Kabuto trapped him with some chakra threads that connected their hearts; if Kabuto's heart stopped beating, so would Naruto's. As Kabuto attempted to kill himself in order to end Naruto's life, Sakura tried to free him, but only the special threads are unbreakable.
Witnessing the death of the one he loved so much turned Obito into a villain who is primarily responsible for the Fourth Great Ninja War. However, Rin's death was merely a trigger, after which Obito snapped and turned evil.
To counter Kabuto's Reanimation Jutsu, Sasuke and Itachi joined forces. Despite this, the brothers' Susanoo onslaught against Kabuto became more difficult due to his ability to harness Nature Energy. Kabuto saw Itachi as a formidable shinobi in Naruto. His solution was to revive him and use him as a savage ally.
1 Kaguya Otsutsuki Was The True Villain Of The Entire Story
Kaguya Otsutsuki was the final and the strongest antagonist of Naruto, along with being one of the evilest characters in the story. Kaguya wanted to be worshipped as a goddess and when her children were born with chakra, she turned on her very own blood.
1) Itachi Uchiha
Undoubtedly one of the most tragic characters in Naruto, Itachi Uchiha shouldered the burden of killing his own brethren to stop a coup d'état in the Uchiha clan, orchestrated by his own father. All this, in order to protect the village.
Obito wore a variety of different masks over the years to hide his identity when he interacted with others.
Obito Uchiha, also known by his iconic alias, Tobi, as well as the Masked Man, is one of the main antagonists of the Naruto franchise. He is the true leader of Akatsuki and serves as a dark reflection of the titular hero Naruto Uzumaki.
On witnessing this event, Obito thought that his own comrade killed the woman he loved and his worldview changed forever. He was lured by Madara to help him with his Infinite Tsukuyomi, which made him join Akatsuki later. Since everyone thought that Obito was dead, he introduced himself as Tobi.
Orochimaru revives the previous 4 hokage by breaking them free from the reaper death seal. And Sauke asks the First Hokage to tell him about how the village was founded.

His options running out if he was to win and prove himself, Guy allowed him to use the Reverse Lotus. Gaara barely survived by turning his gourd to sand to cushion him, and the techniques took a massive toll on Lee's body.
Unfortunately, despite the Konoha leader's efforts, the series took a major casualty in Episode 218 by killing off its most powerful hero. While a lot of fans were concerned that Naruto died in Boruto, the sacrifice was actually made by the Nine Tails Demon Fox, Kurama.
10 Kishimoto Killed Neji To Progress Naruhina
According to Masashi Kishimoto, he killed off Neji to bring Naruto and Hinata closer. To many fans, this was a spit in the face of Neji's character development. Kishimoto's reason for killing off Neji ironically parallels why Neji used to be so angry.
