Once a vampire, Bella becomes the most recent addition to the Cullen clan and is the only one changed during the Twilight series.
Emmett Cullen is Carlisle's youngest adoptive son and the last vampire created by him. Rosalie found him being mauled to death by a bear in 1935, and carried him over 100 miles back to Carlisle and asked him to turn him into a vampire.
Carlisle (Peter Facinelli) is the oldest vampire in the Cullen family (or the Olympic Coven, as the Twilight wiki calls them) and the sire of several of the others. He was born in London in the 1640s, the son of an Anglican pastor and a mother who died in childbirth.
He Never Drank Human Blood
Like any newborn vampire in the Twilight saga, Carlisle awoke from his ordeal with an insatiable thirst for human blood, the only thing that could sustain him.
Esme loves humans easily
Instead, she loves them passionately just as she loves her vampire family. This is why she does not drink human blood. Instead, she lives on animal blood like the rest of the Cullens, and is therefore considered a "vegetarian" vampire.
She has never tasted human blood.
Jasper is the youngest vampire in the Cullen pack so he has the hardest time resisting human blood.
In order to save her life, Carlisle decided to change her into a vampire. When Esme first awakened from her transformation, Carlisle explained what happened and that he turned her into a vampire in order to save her life. Much to his surprise, Esme was not upset with his act, and she easily accepted her new life.
Renesmee Cullen: Jacob's mate. She is the newest and youngest member of the coven and the daughter of Edward and Bella.
Rosalie is described as being the "most beautiful person in the world", as she is astoundingly gorgeous, even for a vampire.
Emmett Cullen
While he lacks mental powers, Emmett is the physically-strongest member of his group, relying on sheer strength to overwhelm foes. He performs well against the newborn vampires in the Eclipse climax and against Alec in Alice's vision of the Volturi battle in Breaking Dawn - Part 2.
Jasper Hale (born Jasper Whitlock) is the adopted son of Carlisle and Esme Cullen, adoptive brother of Rosalie, Edward, and Emmett, and husband of Alice Cullen. He and Rosalie are not related, but they can pass for biological siblings and share the surname "Hale." He has honey-blond hair, and he is lean.
Bella Swan (Eclipse):
Kristen Stewart had to wear a wig after chopping off all her hair for The Runaways, and THIS was the best they could do... FOR THE LEAD???
Carlisle's gift is an elevated sense of compassion that allows him to resist human blood. He is able to bite (in order to turn them) people without succumbing to the frenzy and killing them.
Although Edward and Bella tell him that Renesmee is an orphan that they've adopted, he discovers their biological relation when he looks into her eyes (which he recognizes as his own), but decides to stick to the adoption as their public story for their safety.
She Lost A Child When She Was Human
Well, when she was still human, Esme was pregnant. But soon after she gave birth, tragedy struck, and she lost her child. Heartbroken, and finding no reason to remain alive, she threw herself off of a cliff, and that's when Carlisle found her.
Meeting Carlisle (Again)
Eventually, Esme's baby was born, but unfortunately, her newborn passed away a few days after birth due to complications. Distraught, Esme couldn't take any more hardship and she attempted to take her own life, jumping off a cliff.
Given that he (in the books, at least) was physically similar to Rosalie, it was decided that they could pass as twins, and so Jasper changed his surname to Hale instead of Cullen, which helped the coven pass as a family of adopted children.
Jure Grando Alilović or Giure Grando (1579–1656) was a villager from the region of Istria (in modern-day Croatia) who may have been the first real person described as a vampire in historical records.
Jasper Hale Rocks Pathokinesis
He physically manipulates brain chemistry, so Bella's shield is unable to block him. His gift was underutilized in the books and films, which is a shame because he has the best gift among the Cullens.
Well. The Quileutes are effectively immortal. When they phase into a wolf for the first time, they stop aging. There are plenty-a-plot-holes here BUT if Jacob maintains a regularly scheduled shape shift, he can essentially stay young forever.
Rosalie falls into this category as her power is beauty: she was “angelically beautiful” as a human, and her transformation enhanced her beauty, making her many times more beautiful than most vampires, to the point where she's labeled as the “most beautiful person in the world”.
Caius is a co-leader of the Volturi. Although he has no powers himself, he is perhaps the most ruthless of the five leaders and had a strong hatred towards the Romanian coven. This hatred was what attracted Aro to him and it was to Aro's advantage when he overthrew the opposing clan.
Twilight's Villain James
Knowing that he couldn't take down a hunter as powerful as James on his own, Alice's mentor turned Alice into a vampire and left her to recover as he sacrificed himself to give her time to escape James' clutches.
