Because Edward had more exposure to Bella sooner than Jacob, Bella may have perceived Edward as more familiar and thus more reassuring and pleasant (Schneider, Gruman, & Coutts, 2012). Had Jacob gone to the same school as Bella and been in closer proximity with her, perhaps she would have chosen him over Edward.
Jacob eventually makes the decision to cut Bella out of his life in Eclipse because it's too painful for him. Bella won't accept that choice and selfishly tries to keep him in her life, but just as a friend. This is a big reason why Jacob grows more frustrated and angry with Bella when she keeps choosing Edward.
Though Jacob and Bella didn't end up together, a lot still happened between them. Stephenie Meyer's Twilight is one of the most booming, iconic young adult romances of this generation. While the merit of the novels are debatable, it's undeniable the effect it had on young girls.
If Bella would have chosen Jacob , the 'The Breaking Dawn' would never have happened. The following things would have been different: Edward ,though, would have given up Bella easily(as it's her choice), but would have got depressed. Most probably, (as in New Moon)he would have gone to The Volturi to die.
By imprinting on Renesmee, Jacob has imbued her with protection from other werewolves in his tribe. Prior to taking her on as a romantic partner, Jacob would first act as an older brother to Renesmee until she grew up – which won't take long given her hybrid nature, which makes her age more quickly.
When they phase into a wolf for the first time, they stop aging. There are plenty-a-plot-holes here BUT if Jacob maintains a regularly scheduled shape shift, he can essentially stay young forever. This is a good thing because Renesmee will be Jacob's age physically in a mere few years.
While Bella was pregnant with Renesmee, she and Jacob felt incredibly drawn to each other and neither one of them knew the reason for this bizarre attraction because it wasn't based on their love for each other. In truth, Jacob was drawn to the unborn Renesmee.
Jacob is further stunned when Edward suggested that Jacob be the one to give Bella what she wants in the form of a baby. He explained how he wanted Jacob to help him convince Bella to abort the baby so that she can eventually become pregnant with Jacob's baby.
Knowing that Bella means she plans to consummate her marriage with Edward while still human, Jacob becomes furious, because he is sure Edward would kill Bella in the process.
Edward is reluctant to change Bella into a vampire, believing that becoming a vampire will destroy her soul. Bella agrees to marry Edward on the condition that he will make love to her while she is still human and then turn her into a vampire.
As Bella is kissing Jacob, she visualizes a future with him and realizes that she is in love with him after all. Edward learns about this kiss while it goes on because "Jacob's thoughts are very loud". Despite Bella realizing her feelings for Jacob, she stays by her decision, leaving him heartbroken.
Their child would be 1/4 human, 1/4 vampire and 1/2 werewolf, which would make them a threat to the Volturi. Renesmee is fertile as she is 1/2 human. The only aspect of herself that is a vampire is that she'll never age after she matures and she drinks blood.

He encourages Bella to pursue her goals, no matter how dangerous, such as when she wants to learn to ride a motorbike. He's attentive, and they have a lot more in common. Jacob could also live a human lifespan with Bella - she doesn't need to fundamentally change her biology in order to be with him.
He fell in love with her because she was different than the rest of the girls. She was a mystery to him, he couldn't hear her thoughts like he could every one else. She was also unique in the way she thought and acted. She wasn't simple, her thougths didn't follow the norm of a school girl.
When Edward first recognized his feelings for Bella, he fled from Forks in an attempt to keep her out of harm's way. He soon realized he was incapable of leaving her side for long, and convinced himself that he could become Bella's protector instead of her greatest threat.
In Jacob's case, he imprinted on Renesmee — who he affectionately dubbed Nessie — when she was a baby, so no, it doesn't mean he's in love with her. Jacob just has a strong bond to Renesmee and is more of a protector and as she gets older, will be a best friend, someone who's there for her when she needs it.
In order to keep him close as he threatened to leave, Bella asked him to kiss her, and she realized she was in love with him – but not in the same way she loves Edward.
In the book, while kissing Jacob on a mountain, Bella imagines having a long human life with him, growing old together, and having children, something Edward presumably couldn't give her. This moment led many readers to understand why Jacob was a good match for Bella and even to switch teams.
The venom, Stephenie writes, is what helps Edward impregnate Bella in the fictional book. According to Stephenie, the normal reactions of arousal are still present in vampires, made possible by venom-related fluids that cause tissues to react similarly as they do to an influx of blood.
Following the birth, Bella lies lifeless on the hospital bed, covered in sweat and blood. Edward gives Bella mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and pounds on her chest. He plunges a gigantic syringe filled with vampire venom into Bella's heart then bites her all over her body to revive her.
Sperm are living cells. Edward is dead - his cells have been burned and crystallized by venom, as described by Stephenie Meyer herself. Therefore his sex cells (sperm) are also dead.
He knows everything about her. He should be able to smell the blood, but even if not, he's paying so much attention to her, there's no way he didn't pick up on when her period is.
And I soon grow to love you Jacob Ephraim Black. You became what I wanted you to be. Renesmee soon gave birth to twins Evan and Sarah Black a month later and another month after, Renesmee marries Jacob.
Why did Jacob believe that Bella had died after Renesmee's violent birth? The pull toward Bella he had been feeling was suddenly gone. What "secret" about her transformation did Bella want to keep from Edward? The morphine had not helped the pain but had only kept her still and silent.
