Not only was it due to the fact that he was jealous of Erens relationship with Mikasa, but simply being around a guy like Eren made Jean feel insecure, because it showed him that he did not possess certain traits that Eren had in the earlier episodes and that made him feel very envious towards him.
Eren always wanted to join the Survey Corps and hated that Jean wanted to be in the Military Police. After Jean changed his mind, however, the two got closer and were able to work with each other.

Levi's constant use of the term "brat" towards Eren could also be seen as a way of expressing his frustration with Eren's reckless behavior, as well as an attempt to keep Eren in line and prevent him from making mistakes that could endanger himself or others. His way of talking in general is very rude.
Unfortunately, Annie and Armin do not get married in Attack on Titan. The romance between the two characters develops quite late in the story, and the author only briefly touches upon it.

Despite the high acclaim that she receives from the citizens of Mondstadt, Jean still believes that she could be better. Jean idolizes the first knight Vennessa.
Apparently, this was the girl of his dreams that he drew as a child. When he met Mikasa, Jean was stunned that she looked exactly like the person in his drawing. The smile, facial structure, and even how her black hair was styled were the same, and Jean quickly caught feelings.
Mikasa only had feelings for Eren throughout the main plot and it was only later, after time healed her wounds, that she managed to move on and start a family of her own. If Jean truly did become her husband, then they have surely kissed, but if it wasn't Jean, the two of them probably never kissed.
Mikasa notices Annie's words and her looking towards Armin and looks back at Annie with a surprised expression, Annie blushes in response to this realizing Mikasa has figured out the two have developed feelings for each other.
