The fuming rage that Tanjiro felt from seeing Daki destroy human lives helped him push past his limits while also making him bleed through his eyes in anger, resulting in his eye colors changing to bloodshot red.
In the anime and manga series "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," Tanjiro Kamado was born with red eyes due to a genetic condition known as the "Kagura lineage." This is a rare condition that is said to occur in only one in a hundred people and is characterized by a red coloration of the irises.
Upon becoming a Demon, Tanjiro recovers from the poison that caused the growth on his face and regenerates his lost arm and eye.
Chapter 204 of the series reveals the extent of Tanjiro's injuries, and although he was able to survive the battle after seemingly coming close to death, he's far from 100 percent as he's completely lost the use of his left arm and can no longer see out of his right eye.
Thus, given how Mitsuri whispered into Tanjiro's ear, he immediately understood what had happened and was left overwhelmed at the thought of romantically getting close to the Love Hashira, which is what caused him to get a nosebleed.
Muzan refused to die and when he was finally about to breathe his last, he transferred all the blood to Tanjiro in the hope that he would become the successor and carry out his will.
During his second encounter with Muzan Kibutsuji, he injures his right eye in the Infinity Castle. As the battle progresses, Tanjiro suddenly collapses and his wound begins to form a large mass over his right eye due to the poison inflicted on him by Muzan.
After Doma's demise, Kanao wears Shinobu's hair pin instead of Kanae's, as the latter was destroyed during the fighting. Furthermore she loses visibility in her right eye due to unleashing the final form of Flower Breathing, even though the eye is unaffected visually.
8 Tanjiro Is The Only Living User
On the other hand, Sun Breathing can, presently, only be performed by Tanjiro Kamado. Though its techniques can be taught to others provided they have the guidance of a Kamado, there are no other known users who are currently alive.
During their battle, the former unleashed an attack that harmed multiple people in the entertainment district. Seeing the loss of human lives and the ceaseless destruction caused by the demon, Tanjiro's was overcome with rage, causing his eyes to start bleeding.
In episode 6 of Demon Slayer season 2, Nezuko entered a berserk state to protect her brother Tanjiro, causing her body to develop into that of an adult. She loses her gag, grows a single horn and gains vine-like patterns across her body.
Though he eventually avenges his family during the final battle, he loses his left arm and right eye in the process while being fatally wounded. Both are restored during Muzan's attempt to turn him into his successor by transforming him into a demon, though with the aid of his friends, he becomes human once again.
Tanjiro certainly did a lot of good with his Water Breathing techniques, but his ability to use Sun Breathing both gives him an edge in battle and allows him to stand out among the incredibly powerful Hashira he fights alongside.
Nezuko's unusual ability can burn her blood and turn it into an explosive flame with her pyrokinesis ability. This is why Tanjiro's sword turned red due to her pink explosive flame that can rend through demons quite easily.
The sword was once called The Unfading Light of the Lake, and it only turned from silver-and-gold to black after being filled with Berserker's madness and resentment over not being able to protect King Arthur and Guinevere, since Berserker was once the Sir Lancelot.
As it turned out, the scar on Tanjiro's forehead did have some significance to it, rather than simply being a Todoroki-esque burn from scalding water. Tanjiro wasn't born with this scar on his forehead. Rather, he acquired it when tackling his younger brother out of the way of a falling pot of boiling tea.
The warrior Muzan feared was a swordsman named Yoriichi Tsugikuni. Yoriichi was the only slayer before Tanjiro who came close to killing Muzan, and the flashback of their fight occurred in Chapter 187.
In the Demon Slayer Corps, the Hashira is a group of the strongest and most reputable swordsmen who have defeated members of the Twelve Kizuki. Yet, for some reason, Tanjiro Kamado, the series' protagonist, never becomes a Hashira.
She was killed by Doma.
After the battle, Tanjiro returns home with his sister and friends. Later it is revealed that he married fellow slayer Kanao Tsuyuri.
Kanao never spoke before being adopted into the Demon Slayer Corps and continued to have difficulty speaking after officially joining the other demon slayers. To help with her indecisiveness and other struggles, Kanao often flips a coin she received as a gift.
This tone-deaf nature never really posed a major challenge to him during his battles, so perhaps it's not really that big a deal that he lacks this talent.
Tanjiro's Current Demon Slayer Rank Is Kanoe
Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke have moved from Mizunoto up to Kanoe due to their exploits. Murata, the Demon Slayer, who was almost digested on Mount Nagumo, is also a Kanoe.
Despite of this possibility, there might still be hope that Tanjiro may not have died at the young age of 25. There's someone who was able to circumvent the curse of the mark and live past 25 years — Yoriichi Tsugikuni.
