Luckily for Giorno, he had comrades who he could trust, and they helped him to realize his dream. This wrapped up Giorno's story, and he never appeared in any of the other parts.

Yes, Golden Experience Requiem made its lone appearance during the final battle with Diavolo, and proceeded to completely devastate him. Diavolo was outwitting the Bucciarati gang left and right throughout all of part five until Giorno got the arrow. After this fight, Golden Experience Requiem isn't seen again.

Simple answer: No. GER's RTZ is Inf. meaning that it lasts for ever, and even if Giorno dies GER is shown to speak on its own even stating that its user has no idea whats going on. Yeah, and we can tell because the falls out of GER while Diavolo is still in his death loop.
