Nezuko Obliterated Daki with Blind Rage.
Nezuko is at least stronger than Daki, meaning that if Muzan could bring her back under his control, she would certainly qualify for the most prestigious title a demon can hold: a member of the Twelve Kizuki. Thanks to Nezuko's remarkable strength, she would have to be an Upper-Moon.
Nezuko can't even solo gyutaro and daki combined, when daki was stated to be “literally” holding back gyutaro. Idk where you got the fact that she can solo UM 6. She might be able to kill a lower moon at her manga ending level, but no way an upper moon.
In terms of nezuko's regenerative ability, it surpasses an upper moon to 6, as he's able to regenerate instantaneously. Lastly, when looking at her speed and power, Nezuko is pretty strong. She put in that work against Doki in her awaken form, and I would honestly say put Doki on the ropes.
Nezuko joins the fight
Nezuko rushed in to protect Tanjiro however, pushing Daki away with a kick powerful enough to crush half of her skull. While furious, Daki also exclaimed her delight at finding Nezuko who Muzan had ordered her to kill.
After becoming a Demon Daki grew strong enough to kill and eat seven Pillars and gained the attention of Muzan Kibutsuji who allowed them to join the Twelve Demon Moons. She later dies after being beheaded by Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira.
Nezuko beheads Daki. Before Daki can decapitate Tanjiro in retaliation, Nezuko appears behind her and destroys her head with a powerful kick.
Since Nezuko is from a Sun Breathing lineage she can survive in daylight. After the final battle against Hantengu concludes she can step into daylight and many theories are available about the phenomenon. One of the theories is that her abstinence from consuming human blood is what saved her.
Nezuko's most significant trait, however, is her immense growth, which is likely due to a combination of the amount of blood she received from Muzan and her willpower. To conclude, Nezuko is a formidable powerhouse within the anime and is probably one of the strongest main characters in the series.

The Upper Moon 6, a cruel demoness named Daki, may have lost to Tanjiro and Tengen in the end, but she could defeat a wide variety of heroes from other anime if they tried to slay her.
As a member of the Upper-Rank Six, Daki was extremely powerful. She was much more powerful than the regular demons. Her physical abilities were on a completely different level in comparison to some demons that Tanjiro and co. had faced. Daki was immune to decapitation when her brother was attached to her core.
1 Muzan (Demon Slayer)
Without that antidote, it would have been impossible to kill him. So despite all her strength and humanity, Nezuko would have easily lost to Muzan.
On the contrary, Tengen was able to sneak up behind and decapitate Daki with no problem during the Entertainment District arc. Tengen also has immense strength, stamina, and endurance, accredited to both his Shinobi and Demon Slayer training.
1 Exploding Blood/Pyrokinesis Blood Demon Art
By far, this is Nezuko's most damaging technique when it comes to fighting her own kind.
Nezuko is easily one of the most powerful demons in the Demon Slayer series, possibly due to the large quantity of blood she was given by Muzan. But what makes her a truly terrifying opponent is her willpower, being the only other demon after Tamayo to escape Muzan's control.
Nezuko, at that stage, was able to go toe-to-toe with her, and now that she had transformed, she could easily defeat Susamaru. Her Blood Demon Art only affects demons and not humans. Therefore, she could use that to stop Susamaru from regenerating. In theory, she could use this to defeat any demon.
Abnormal Demon Physiology: As the "chosen demon", Nezuko has several unique demonic traits that set her apart from all other demons. Most notably, Nezuko can continuously restore her power without consuming any human blood like any other demon would need to do.

Though now he's on his way. Daki too has reached new heights of power. She absorbs the remains of the belt demon, her hair turns white and green, and she gets uh, more veiny. But she is shocked when Tanjiro's Sun Breathing not only cuts through her belts, but actually burns her.
At some point, Daki fought, killed and ate seven Hashira. Two days before Tanjiro Kamado and company infiltrated the Entertainment District, Daki was confronted by Omitsu, the manager of the Kyogoku House, over her mistreatment of the staff.
Daki and Gyutaro's Death
Despite Tengen's continued efforts to cut Daki's head off, she still cannot be killed. Tengen later realized that for both demons to die, their heads must be cut off simultaneously. With Tengen fighting off Gyutaro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Tanjiro fought against Daki.
