The relationship between former Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano and Senator Padmé Amidala was a strong friendship between these two strong women. They grew acquainted with each other, considering each other as friends and met through their affiliation with Anakin Skywalker.
While this was only a quick moment in the Star Wars: Forces of Destiny short, it confirmed that Ahsoka knew about Anakin and Padmé's relationship. She probably did not know that they were formally married, but she was aware of their romantic feelings for each other.
"Resolve" picks up just after Order 66, when Ahsoka sneaks in to attend Padme Amidala's funeral. Bail Organa (Phil LaMarr) notices her and follows her out, risking himself to get her to safety. He gives her a communication device to contact him, but she doesn't want it.
Lux Bonteri is Ahsoka Tano's love interest in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Obi-Wan Kenobi and Siri Tachi fell in love, but chose to separate and remain true to the Jedi Code, while T'ra Saa and Tholme entered a clandestine relationship but never married.

Long story short, she is Padmé's niece, Pooja Naberrie, and was portrayed by Hayley Mooy. If nothing else, you just learned a fun piece of Star Wars trivia.
Before he could enter, however, Vader was stopped by Sabé, Eirtaé, Rabé, Saché, and Dormé, former handmaidens of Amidala, who refused to let him enter into the grave so he would not desecrate it. However, Vader would not be denied. As he entered the tomb, he became flooded with memories of Amidala.
Queen Apailana was the elected ruler of the Naboo by the end of the Clone Wars. She was the first ruler of the Emperor's home planet of Naboo during the birth of the Galactic Empire. She was seen publicly mourning Senator Padme Amidala at her funeral.

Sheev Palpatine/Darth Sidious
Ahsoka sees Palpatine as her most hated enemy for all the pain and suffering that has happened in the first place.
However, her age was ultimately changed, possibly due to the dangerous situations padawans get put into as essentially child soldiers. As such, in both the movie and in seasons 1, 2, and the first half of season 3, Ahsoka is 14 years old, pushing 15 by the end.
Close Friend/Former Love Interest
This changed during their time together, as Ahsoka began developing feelings for Lux, until she and Padme left Raxus, she and Lux said their goodbyes before going their separate ways.

Depending on where you search, Ahsoka's species, the Togruta, have an average life span of 82 to 94 years. And some sites claim powerful Force-using Togruta can live for up to 200 years.
