Current clinical observation indicates that green tea has a moderating effect on testosterone levels, either boosting the hormone if levels are low, or helping the body to reduce production or bind up excess testosterone if levels are too high.
Our study demonstrated that the level of testosterone (which plays a crucial role in spermatogenesis) remained unchanged, even though, a trend to increased values was observed with increasing concentration of green tea.
Low-fat Milk

High testosterone causes
Excess testosterone in men can result from testicular or adrenal tumors. Even if these tumors are benign – that is, they aren't malignant or cancerous – they can still boost testosterone levels to unhealthy levels, as can steroid use and abuse.
One study found that green tea consumption was linked to decreased levels of total estrogens. Catechins from green tea could act on aromatase by modulating the expression of CYP19 (aromatase) isoforms. This tea could also act on estrogen receptors and downplay the expression of this hormone.
Resistance training, such as weightlifting, has been shown to boost testosterone levels in the short term ( 13 ). High intensity interval training (HIIT) can be very effective as well, although all types of exercise should work to some extent ( 14 , 15).
